유럽에서 방문한 호스텔 중 최고였습니다. 시설도 좋은데 무엇보다 호스텔 Staff의 친절함이 정말 좋았습니다. 밤기차를 타고가서 호스텔 문을 열자마자 짐을 두러 들어갔는데, 친절하게 맞아 주셨습니다. 그리고 체크인 시간 이전에 먼저 와서 쉴 수 있게 준비해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 시설도 좋습니다. 주방에 있는 시리얼, 커피, 차도 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 위치도 하이델베르크 성 바로 밑에 있어서 관광지에 다니기 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 무조건 다시 이용할 것 같습니다. 추천합니다!☺️

Breakfast also has cheese cake! good. However, the hotel sent an email at 1 pm on the day of check-in, there was no hot water, either could not take a bath or change the hotel. Very affecting the mood! However, Trip.com communication was very fast and compensation was given. We later decided to stay at this hotel and did not take a bath. People who book this hotel have to be careful about hot water system problems.

The hotel is in a relatively modern area of ​​Heidelberg, not in the old town. Parking is located downstairs of the hotel and costs 14.8 euros. The room is quite clean and not too big.

The whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant.

The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. Heidelberg is worth visiting, it is a very comfortable city. First of all, the hotel is very close to the highway exit. Although it is on the side, it is very convenient to go to the central square. Parking on the roadside is free. The front desk guy is very humorous and street free. Of course, if you want to be safe, you can also park in the parking lot next to it for 10 euros. Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the train and bus station so good for those arriving after a long journey. It’s also not too far from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The room was a little small but very comfortable. We didn’t have too many interactions with staff but we were fortunate that the check in desk was open when we arrived as they are only open a few hours a day and the self check in machine could not recognise my booking.

Note that there is only Wi-Fi in public areas; there is no air conditioning, but there are fans and heaters; the private parking lot is diagonally across the road, and the parking garage driveway is very narrow, so you need to go to the front desk to get the garage key first. Overall, the price-performance ratio is super high, very satisfied👍

The location is quite good, right outside the train station. The front desk staff spoke decent English. However, the room facilities were a bit lacking, and the room size was small. The lobby was fine though, with a communal lounge table, and the overall lobby environment was pretty good.
