"The location of the hotel is pleasing, it is a 6-minute walk from one of the major S-Bahn stations, Savignyplatz, where you will also find lovely cafes, bookshops, local supermarkets, resturants and bars. The neighbourhood is quiet, and people are friendly. One complaint I would have is tthat he escalator from the ground floor to the first floor (the reception is on first floor) is broken, and it could be quite confusing for travellers with bulky luggages and not knowing where to look for a lift."

"Wonderful stay at Park Plaza Berlin I had a really great stay at Park Plaza Berlin and would happily return in the future. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel that they care about their guests, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, nicely designed, and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Everything felt well organized and easy. The location is also a big plus — very convenient for getting around Berlin, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. It made sightseeing and evening walks really enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely stay. Great service, great atmosphere, and a great location. "The shower in the room they wanted to put us in was broken Then I had to pay 45€ more so that I could get a decent room, which isn't that great. I've already paid enough and had to pay on top of that, very sad"

"This 2-day stay was even better than the first! The hotel is well-located for exploring Berlin, and the rooms vary by budget. I chose a standard room, which was perfectly fine and comfortable. A major plus is that they really respect your requests – I asked for a double bed and a view of the Ku'damm, and they delivered! The hotel staff are generally very competent, pleasant, and professional. The hotel lobby and surrounding areas are also very beautiful and well-decorated. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. "Hotel is well-known in the scene. Everything was average, just okay. Unfortunately, my credit card has been charged multiple times post-stay, even though I didn't take anything from the minibar or similar."

"Very good location - 3 minutes till S-Bahn Charlottenburg, 10 minutes till KuDamm, a lot of cafes near station. Room is very big and good- there´s kettle, caffe machine and fridge, in the lobby there´s small 24/7 shop with drinnks and snacks. On the ground floor there is also nice restaurant. Reception is 24/7. The only thing which I didn´t like- they block deposit in amount of 75 Euro on the day of arrival - it´s quite strange and it also wasn´t explained properly on reception- I should have written to their email to understand, what is going on."

"Wonderful hotel in every aspect. Very clean and fully functioning room with touch pad light controls, Sky Premier League on the TV and a free minibar that is restocked daily! Quiet location with public transport links to areas of interest easily accessible. Lovely little square around the corner with nice restaurants and an Aldi. Would have happily paid double which alone speaks to the value of the place. Thoroughly recommended."

"For what we paid we were happy with the locacion and the room. The resepcionist when we arivied was very friendly and ready to help. He made us feel at home We were were disapointed the next day when we went for breakfast, the reception in charge was very rude. We decided the next day to eat breakfast in another hotel."
