It is clear that the experience went pretty well. The staff was very quick and efficient with their tasks, and they got us checked in quickly. Afterwards, we found our rooms to be rather hygienic and well-kept, although the Sofa-Bed we bought was rather small. However, we did cook some food, which got filled with smoke, so we did trigger the smoke alarm. Even then, the fire management crew arrived quickly to shut off the alarm and open the windows to remove the smoke. This really just proves how effective the sensors are and how efficient the staff were. In terms of facilities, the gym room was really nice, with all sorts of machines and weights and mats. Also, the Breakfast was really good. they had a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, such as Soy Milk alternatives. Finally, the location was very good, it was near safe parking in a cheap, locked parking lot, only EURO14 per 24 hrs, as well as some tourist attractions like bustling streets and a football museum and merchandise shops nearby. Overall, given the location and services and facilities provided, this is definitely a value for money hotel and a reliable place to stay. 10/10.

Can I say that this hotel is simply too good! First of all, the location is great. Turn left from the train station and walk for 6-10 minutes. The red sign is easy to find. As soon as you come in, you can feel all kinds of avant-garde lights, and the screen is also beautiful. The bathroom is downstairs, and it is free without a room card. Then there are all kinds of free tea and coffee next to the front desk that you can take away. The front desk service is also good. A reminder that if you check in early, you will be charged 30 euros. Luggage storage is also very convenient. There is a large breakfast table with at least three kinds of cakes, fried seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes with skins, fried eggs, etc. There are also many types of cheese and cold ham, and there are many choices of pickles, and there are 6 kinds of yogurt. There are many Japanese living here, and they can also clean every day. It is much better than the deserted hotel I stayed in in Carmen before, and the price-performance ratio is really high

- Environment: The hotel lobby is not large and can basically reach the level of a 3-star hotel. - Decoration: Beautifully decorated and a very good environment. - Services: Free drinks and tea bags, as well as free laundry and drinking water. - Guest room: The bedding is of high comfort and the room is of medium size.

Perfect hotel! The room was spotless and very welcoming. Staff were friendly especially reception. They have accommodated our special requests as we were travelling with child with Autism. The balcony doors are lockable and they have shutters which is additional safety feature travelling with curious children. Beds were very comfortable and room quite large. Will definitely book again in future.

We had a wonderful trip. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and friendly! On the last day, I was very sick, and the receptionist gave me fresh lemon and mint to make this tea with honey. That really helped a lot. Ich bin Ihnen dafür sehr dankbar!

We were travelling to the BVB game. The location of the hotel is perfect! You will come to the Iduna Park signal in just 30 minutes walk.  Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable with view of the stadium. All was clean and ordened. Only a little more deposit facilities in the bathroom would be great.  All staff were very friendly. After the game we had something to eat in the hotel. It is definitely recommended. A small but fine selection of dishes that also fitted with the price-performance ratio. Breakfast was delicious.  Once we come back to Dortmund, we will definitely stay back in the courtyard.

The location of the hotel is very good, the hall is also very atmospheric, and the rooms are also very good. The facilities are complete, the decoration is warm and unique, and the service is also in place

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

Close to the main station about 7 minutes walk. Secure at night and sometimes offer late check outs when it’s not too busy for those with very late flights which is one of the main reasons why I keep going back. A bit out dated on the decor but it’s ok for the price.

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, es befindet sich praktisch im ”Kriegsgebiet”, nahezu alle Häuser der Gegend stehen leer oder sehen aus als wäre die Bombe eingeschlagen. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich über einem 1€ Laden, der wahrscheinlich pleite ist sobald das hier jemand liest, Leichenbestatter ist direkt neben dem Hotel und gegenüber ein paar Dönerläden, Rewe ist nicht weit weg. Die Lage ist ziemlich abseits, wer jedoch ein Auto hat kein Problem, Parkplatz kostet 5€ extra ist aber unbewacht. Der Hoteleingang befindet sich in der Tunneleinfahrt zum Parkplatz. Die Lobby sieht ganz gut aus, der Service ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist mager aber gut, alles vorhanden, Brötchen, Rührei, Wurst etc. Der Kaffee ist allerdings stark verwässert, Kakao nahezu untrinkbar, 3 Espresso sind ein normaler Kaffee!. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber sehr altmodisch, die Fenster sind nicht dicht und wurden behelfsmäßig mit Klebeband abgedichtet (hat allerdings funktioniert), die Dusche hat einen ziemlich hohen Absatz, wer also nicht mehr so gut klettern kann (besonders vorsichtig heraussteigen!), duschen fällt dann aus. Das Zimmer war jedoch sehr ruhig und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt, man konnte angenehm schlafen.
