The hotel’s location and cleanliness are very good. It is about 5 stations away from the city center, roughly 8–10 minutes. However, it is very noisy—sounds from other doors make it difficult to sleep. In the early morning, you can also hear the room service moving around.

The price is cheaper and more affordable than other supermarkets. The hotel is about minutes from the subway exit 7-9. We go to the International Conference Center, take the subway U6 to friedrichstr, and then take the S train, there are S3, S9, go to Messe Sud, and then walk to the conference center. Ruhige Lage. Self-Checkin ist zwar der neue Trend (...), aber nach einer langen Reise einfach nur anstrengend und nervig. Zimmerdesign ansprechend und soweit sauber. Leider waren 3 Fenster angekippt und das Zimmer total ausgekühlt, als wir ankamen. Dusche sanierungsbedürfig. Badezimmerbeleuchtung unschön. Kissen minderwertig.

四人間佈局合理，但對四個人來説空間不算很大，行李箱需要有序擺放，且不能都完全打開。合理規劃一下也還可以。衞生間還算寬敞，整潔明亮。 酒店距離最近的地鐵站步行八分鐘左右，很便利。 酒店早餐也很豐盛，用餐環境也很好，寬敞明亮還有可以看到窗外花園的景觀座位

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Facilities: The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. There was also a heater, which was perfect for staying warm in winter. The sofa was very comfortable. Kids' breakfast: Trip.com stated that children under 11 eat for free, but the hotel front desk said it was for children under 6.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt! Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war hervorragend - sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Der Service war super, das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Besonders angenehm war der schnelle Check-in und Check-out, der reibungslos verlief. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem und sauber, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Komfort und guten Service schätzen.
