"The room is self-check-in, and the entry password will be issued at 1 pm!
So there was no way to store luggage before that!
However, you may be able to contact the hotel in advance with what's app to put your luggage in, but because I didn't expect to even enter the hotel door before, the hotel does not have a counter (yes, the room password and the door password are the same, that is, I will give you in the afternoon) I didn’t manage to leave my luggage, so I just took it.
The hotel is relatively biased. It is about 20 minutes' drive from the center of Tallinn. There is a bus stop at the door. You can take the bus No. 23 directly to the city center/long-distance bus station. However, the train is about 20 minutes. There are fewer buses to choose from. The traffic mobility is a little bit worse.
But other than that, the hotel facilities are very, very good!
With 2 bottles of water, there is a big TV to watch, and the room is very new, the shower hot water is very sufficient, the bathroom is also very spacious, the hot bath is very comfortable!
As if there is plenty of time, and the quality of accommodation is concerned, it is highly recommended overall! (In addition, although the hotel does not have a counter, what's app is very convenient to contact the hotel, and the self-check-in experience is not bad.)"
"I was given a room on the 1st floor and due to the weather, I’m only left with the option to open up the windows for some coolness to come in. Amazingly it was quiet during the night~
Breakfast was great. Appreciate the coffee machines and the options for hot food instead of just sandwich’s and salads.
Will definitely use book this hotel again thought they charge for guest overnight parking."
"This hotel is very affordable and the floor and bed sheets are very clean and tidy. The hotel looks very high standard despite its cheap prices. It is also quite close to tourist attractions."

"Good location near Viru Gate a few steps. Very easy to find and easy access from the bus station by a tram no 4 or 2, then walk a little bit to the hotel. The room is good. The shower is great. Nice staff. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Tallinn."
"The spa was fantastic, everyone enjoyed it. We were leaving early in the morning to catch a ferry to Helsinki so when we checked in we said we didn't need breakfast. The lady insisted that they will give us packed breakfast in the evening, nice touch."
"Great position. Close to town center. Room unfortunately was not the same as the one we booked. The one showed had wooden floor, the one that was given to us had carpet which I am not a particular fan of. There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet. We should have mentioned but we only stayed 2 nights so we just left it and got on with it. Not particularly impressed considering it’s a 4 stars hotel."
"Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Would stay there again"

Great
GGuest UserAs many of the other reviews pointed out, the photos of the room were not wholly accurate. My room seemed pretty outdated and was quite dark too. Take note: the curtains do not cover the entire length of the windows, so sunlight flooded the room from 6am in April, so I wouldn’t recommend in the Summer months when daylight is longer. The shower curtain does not go all the way down and water easily escapes so the entire bathroom floor will be wet after you shower. I was very creeped out by the dark ominous hallways with huge room number signs and random music playing at certain times of the day. Other than that, the room was clean enough and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a mini fridge and that they changed the towels everyday. There is body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but when I stayed there was no shampoo or conditioner at all and they didn’t top it up either throughout my stay. I accidentally left behind a card in my room after checking out and politely asked if they could help mail it to the neighbouring city I had moved on to, but they asked 20€ for it which I felt was quite unreasonable and they were rude about it too.
AAnonymous UserGreat location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon.
The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities.
My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.
GGuest UserNo kettle no desk, but the design was sleek and modern. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea. No slippers provided (ostensibly for sustainability but the tiled bathroom was freezing). Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower. The room heater wasn’t terribly warm, overall the room temperature stayed stubbornly at 23 degrees (definitely colder at some spots) and still chilly for tropical natives like me. It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow. Without the spikes I had with me to pull onto my boots, I would have no doubt fallen a few times. The staff were overall pleasant and professional. There’s a map provided of the main attractions as well. If you do succeed at getting a cab, there is a driveway adjacent so the driver can pick you up from the hotel itself. Not too far a walk from the old town - about 20-30 minutes.
KkarietteThe place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days.
The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.
WwanderingmumStayed here just for one night while hotel hopping in Tallinn with my little family of four. We booked a family room with beautiful by windows and a bath tub. We had one queen bed and a room with two single beds.
Our St. Barbara stay comes with a buffet breakfast. There is not a lot of options but still would offer food for vegans, vegetarian, those on keto, lactose intolerant, and gluten-intolerant diets. This is alright because the stay isn't very expensive.
The check-in is a breeze. It was wonderful to know that our room was ready earlier than official check in time but if it is not, they also offer free luggage storage while you roam around town.
Our room holds a lot of character and clean. The windows give you a sight of the old Tallinn architecture. The only downside for our family if the lack of a bidet/toilet hose in the comfort room.
We're 2 minutes away from the public transport. Also a few minutes away from restaurants, bars, the Old Town. Location is great. We can jump on a bus to the Cruise Terminal so that's very convenient especially while traveling with little children.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples.
MMr. Alex2045Centrally based, walking dust nce can 15min to tallinn ferry port, 15min to Old city, rimi hypermarkets and other shops nearby, lots of public transport and Bolt scooters. Modern building, Very efficient heating and ventilation, no odours or humidity, cloths dry in 5 hours. The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers
GGuest UserThe hotel located in the old town Tallinn - around 7 min walk from the balti train station.Reception working 24/7 and you can order taxi & if you arrivied by a car - free car parking availabe at the hotel parking around 5min walk. Good rooms, You will have el.kettle, TV, Free WIFI. Very good breakfast. The restoran located at the ground floor. Near around from 2 min walk - a lot of cafe & restorans & small supermarket 24/7. To main square of old towin around 5 min walk.Good place to stay.
MMelike KarlıAs described. A safe place but don't forget to have a lock for your belongings for other visitors. There are lockable cabinets overhead. Also the cabin beds are very good, you can create a private area by covering them with a blanket yourself. I guess I didn't have any problems with toilets and bathrooms because I didn't go during the season. Thank you🎀
