"Location is great, the best you can wish for! Many restaurants and tapas bar closely, super central! The entrance is a bit strange and no cosy lobby or receptionarea. Just only functional. The standardroom was big, but bed was quite small (queensize). Shower was great! Cleaning good be better, there was some dust, mirror not clean and some rubbish from earlier guests. Airconditioner was loud. We did not opted for breakfast as it was in the basement and we preferred to eat outside in the sun. And indeed there was a “smell” which you can read about in other reviews but with the big windows opened it was quick gone."

"The room was tiny, but surprisingly well-equipped – a compact space with everything you need. Mine faced an inner courtyard, and being on the first floor, I could hear someone on a treadmill from what I assume was the gym upstairs in the evening. I braced myself for noise, but thankfully it became very quiet at night, so I got a good night's sleep. I mainly chose this place for its walkable proximity to Atocha train station, and it offered great value for money."

"The customer service is simply great. *********** advertised an City view room and I paid for a city view but Booking instead sent them a reservation for a regular room. They immediately changed my room and promised to follow up with Booking on the mishap. It was a smooth experience with a quick solution. The location is great and in the middle of all the action and you can really feel like a local. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Definitely amazing here again."
