Hotels near Vicálvaro in Madrid

This is my top choice for accommodation in Madrid! It's not far from the city center, and a 30-minute taxi ride gets you pretty much anywhere. It's also conveniently close to the Chinese district, so finding good Chinese food is easy. The breakfast is amazing, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice.

The hotel has great facilities and is very clean. The coffee dispensers are free, and the buffet area is spacious and excellent.

Good facilities, everything very clean and organized, inconvenient when checking in because you have to bring a physical card, almost no one uses a physical card, they made me look for my card and in the end I just had to bring it to the dataphone as if it were a mobile phone, they only saw the card from a distance and that was it. They should put that information in the reservation, no one carries physical cards anymore, otherwise excellent

Stayed here on a layover on the way to Brazil. It’s close to the airport, felt clean and safe, and check-in was quick and easy. The reception staff were genuinely great and made everything straightforward. The only downside is the location — it’s in a bit of a weird area and it’s a fairly long walk from the station. It was fine for me since I don’t mind walking, but if you want to be right next to public transport, keep that in mind.

The hotel room was clean and nice. The location is just perfect, near to city centre.

Why don't they give me invoices for the extra dinners I pay for, even though I left my email address? It always takes a long time to contact the hotel to urge them to issue the invoice. And the front desk is always unanswered by phone.

Good location, quiet and safe area. Kitchen to cook but the other residents didn't like it when I tried to use the kitchen. Separate rooms for men and women but I chose to stay in the men's room to be with my son. I never had an issue in there. Some of the staff were kind and some was rude and gossipping to other customers us. The problem was the second day when I tried to use the women”s bathroom when I woke up in the morning -as I was advised to by the staff- and some Latino women didn't allowed me to go to the toilet. I went to the men's bathroom although they didn't like it too using theirs. In the afternoon I went again to take a shower, again in the women's room, and two other Latino women started talking and talking, making recommendations and problem. Again I left. Asked the receptionist about their boss to file a complaint but nowhere to be found. Just like Acacias and Thirty One so in Las Rosas the same boss but hiding. You can”t contact them.The same company owns these three and four more hostels and I realised this is the way they operate. They definitely have a personal issue with me and I don”t know if it is because I am a European citizen and not a Latina or it is something else. But that kind of bullying I've suffered in their hostels is unexceptable and I will not allow it. I will proceed in the court against them as they treat me like they are superior, they bullied me and they have to get what they deserve. So I will see them in court. As for their other hostel Rio who have cancelled our reservations and caused us so much trouble yesterday, I will write my review for them in every detail. So disrespectful and so unprofessional.

Very clean. Close to the metro station, plenty to eat near the hotel. Pretty nice stay overall.

Es literalmente lo que venden, un hotel decente low cost. Muy contentos porque no necesitamos nada más. El desayuno bastante correcto, y las habitaciones espaciosas y bien organizadas, perfectas para una pareja.
