Facilities: Excellent, has everything you could need. The twin room was unusually spacious, and there were plenty of live TV channels! Cleanliness: Very good, didn't notice anything out of place. Ambiance: Grand and luxurious. Service: Front desk service was okay, and English communication was smooth. The concierge staff were very courteous and polite.

The service was wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just smiling because they had to. I had an issue with my room, and it was resolved very quickly and with great kindness. The hotel is located close to a market with several restaurants and two supermarkets, one of which is open 24 hours a day. It is also very close to Sea Life and the roller coaster attractions, making it a great choice for families and anyone planning to visit those areas. If your main goal is to visit the city centre, there are several bus routes and a tram stop right in front of the hotel. You can also rent a bike or an e-scooter and enjoy the ride through the park, which is a lovely option in good weather. If the weather is bad, the location is less convenient for getting to the city centre. However, when it isn't raining or extremely cold, the location is excellent and offers a much quieter, greener environment. One feature I really liked was the hotel's fantastic guest kitchen. I didn't use it myself, but it looked ideal for families travelling with children or for anyone planning a longer stay. The hotel also has a gym, a lovely rooftop terrace, and complimentary laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge. There is also a sauna and a steam room, which are a great bonus after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with children or for travellers who don't need to be in the city centre all the time and would rather enjoy the surrounding parks and forests while still having easy access to the main attractions.

If you booking this hotel, do not book via trip.com as the hotel need self you an email to complete check in and if you book via trip.com then you will not be able to receive that email, at least I didn’t receive. This result to having issue during checking in.

Great location, with windows overlooking greenery, and within walking distance of downtown attractions. The hotel's overall design aesthetic is spot on. The in-room facilities are new and very functional, and the shower pressure is excellent. The only downside is that the windows don't open, and even with constant ventilation, it still doesn't feel as comfortable as natural airflow. The price was also reasonable because I booked in advance.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. For breakfast, you need to go to 'Cafe Roasberg' next to the hotel. It's a standard European breakfast, but as an Asian, I can't objectively rate it because I personally prefer Asian cuisine. 4. Both check-in and check-out were very easy. If I had any questions, I could easily find the hotel staff to ask.

With a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word. I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The check in was fast. The room was clean and the location is also near to the airport. For the services. They also have the shuttle bus from hotel to airport which is very convinient to those who are travelers and need to stay near the airport without hussle.

This is a place I am grateful to for allowing me to spend my last night in Helsinki before heading back to Seoul, after parting ways with my local friend in Isalmi, Finland. There was a brief, nerve-wracking incident where I left my key in the room, but I resolved it with the help of my local friend. (Please make sure to take your key with you wherever you go.) I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!
