"The hostel is very new and modern, I really liked the sturdy bunk beds and the comfy sheets. I appreciate that they do not charge more for the all female dorm. The room is very spacious, the shower is nice there is a table and chairs in the room. The hostel also has a kitchen and overall the buildings are nice and modern. The staff was also very sweet, supportive and I talked to a troublesome guest that multiple people complained about. For an even better experience I would suggest a bigger bin, that is emptied daily and to put the house rules on the door."

Agréablemet surpris de constater que le studio est composé d'une entrée distribuant sur une salle de bains + wc et d'une autre porte s'ouvrant vers la chambre et sa petite cuisine bien pratique. Un prix plus que correct pour la prestation et la situation de la résidence."

"A very new and upscale French hotel, living up to the Renaissance brand. The rooms were new, and the amenities were excellent, especially the body lotion and conditioner. The bedding was also very comfortable. The hotel has a bar with panoramic views of Bordeaux at night. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. However, the receptionist was a bit arrogant and didn't explain the parking rules. Even though there were parking spaces available at the entrance, they told us to park in the adjacent paid parking lot. We noticed some cars were still parked in that spot. There were also free parking spaces on the street, but they didn't mention we could try looking for paid spaces instead. This isn't about the money; it's a lack of service awareness from the receptionist or concierge. By the way, the hotel's Christmas decorations were beautiful! 👍"

"Well-located and quiet place next to the Cité des Vins. Food market next door and many options along the riverbank. 10 minutes to the city center by tram. Good service and cleanliness. Breakfast is adequate but could be better (the only minor complaint...). Room with a view"
