"The hostel is very new and modern, I really liked the sturdy bunk beds and the comfy sheets. I appreciate that they do not charge more for the all female dorm. The room is very spacious, the shower is nice there is a table and chairs in the room. The hostel also has a kitchen and overall the buildings are nice and modern. The staff was also very sweet, supportive and I talked to a troublesome guest that multiple people complained about. For an even better experience I would suggest a bigger bin, that is emptied daily and to put the house rules on the door."

"The hotel is in a great location, but the common areas and rooms are incredibly cramped. The dining room is a disaster – people hit their heads on the slanted ceiling, there's very little space, and the selection of items for the price they charge is poor. The room itself is so narrow you can practically go from the bed to the toilet without touching the floor. The windows were very dirty. The elevator is tiny. I don't understand how they're allowed to offer accommodation and breakfast. I won't be returning. The photos online are misleading."

"The location is great, only a short walk to the city centre. The tram stop is also very close by. The room was a good size, however rather dated, the bed soft and the shower hook was broken, so I was unable to hang the shower up when showering. Overall it was a rather disappointing stay and I won’t be rebooking on another visit. I stayed at the budget hotel next door last visit, which overall was better, just extremely compact. Reception staff were also not very warm and welcoming."

What was disappointing was the unavailability of a business room for work at the needed time. I had to go out to find a place for my business call at 9:00 AM."

"Positive: fantastic location just off the main shopping street. Near shops, restaurants, pubs etc And less than 50m from a branch of Bordeaux’s famous caneles shop La Toque Cuivree. (Don’t leave with trying a few!) Slight negative: it’s in a pedestrian only street. We weren’t affected but if you need to handle bulky luggage, the taxis can’t drive up to the hotel’s doorstep and you have to walk 100m or so. Negative: the bathroom shower area was on a raised platform and wasn’t fully enclosed. The shower tile flooring became slippery once wet, and this made stepping up and down an exercise in caution."
