"A good hotel with a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. The building looks very beautiful, with fresh renovations, and it’s pleasant to stay there. A big plus for the wireless charger built into the desk — very convenient. I forgot my charger, so I was still able to charge my phone."

Central heating can be slighty warm during winter and the solution is to off the air con.Sometimes parking is not enough within the hotel compound and you need to park along the street. There will be spaces along the street after 9.30pm."

"Breakfast was a 3 out of 5 – edible, but nothing special. The coffee machine was temperamental, and some of the potatoes were undercooked. The room itself was small and cozy, but there was no soundproofing whatsoever. It's definitely not worth the nightly price; the quality and conditions don't match what you pay. It's overpriced. On the upside, the location is quite convenient for getting to the city center quickly."

"This place is a little far away from the old town (about an hour walk) but it has nice views and some cool stuff nearby, including a large 24/7 grocery store and some graveyards. The room itself is just fine!"

"The location of the hotel is quite far from the center. To get to the hotel a separate quest, only on the keys we have not yet and in the elevator too, not without the keys. On the day of the eviction, electricity and water were disabled from the morning due to the construction in the nearby building."

"A fantastic hotel for its price. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The rooms are on the smaller side, but everything is incredibly well-thought-out; there's plenty of space for your belongings, and it doesn't feel cramped even for two people. The air conditioning works great, and you can't hear your neighbors. All the plumbing is in perfect working order. There are water coolers with hot and cold water on each floor, and you can ask for mugs to make tea. A hairdryer and extra towels can be requested to your room. There's a TV, but we never turned it on. The location is super convenient: it's a 7-minute walk to Rustaveli Metro, there's a bus stop nearby for the 337 bus to the airport, and it's close to the Funicular, Stamba, and many cafes. The breakfast is excellent: fruit salad, oatmeal, cottage cheese, regular cheese, vegetables, nuts, coffee, tea, and juices. Everything is delicious, and you can easily fill up for the whole day. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again."

"Excellent hotel, stylish and new. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with soft and cozy beds. Daily cleaning and complimentary bottled water are provided. The breakfast buffet is good. There's a self check-in and check-out kiosk. The bar staff are very helpful and will even provide ice upon request. A minor drawback is the lack of a mini-fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, but these are small details. It's a bit far from the metro and the city center, but for the price, the location is excellent, with shops nearby."

"Pros: The room was reasonably clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the river view room had a balcony. Cons: The balcony was a combined one. Picture 1 shows my room's balcony, and Picture 2 shows the one next door, which was twice the size of mine. I don't understand the design or the reason for this differential treatment. Secondly, the listing mentioned free laundry service, but upon arrival, the front desk said they didn't offer it. I specifically came here for the laundry service, so I have to ask, how do you define a 'four-diamond' upscale hotel? Customer service was even funnier; their initial solution was to help me communicate with the hotel to get a free cancellation. So, the platform, without losing a single penny, is perfectly fine with me being stranded on the streets in a foreign country? What a great solution!?"

"The staff are friendly enough, but there are a lot of additional rules that aren’t advertised in advance of arrival. A whole list of them. If you are a couple getting married in the city, don’t stay here, go for the hotel piano instead. It’s a little more out of the way, but much better and similarly priced. If you are solo travelling, it’s probably acceptable, but expect to have to wear plastic shoe covers at all times and if you are from the west you will probably be confused and offput by the signage in the toilets. For a city centre “hotel”, especially one with the word “party” lighting up the front, the facilities are more like a countryside outhouse that happens to be indoors. As many people mention in other reviews it is “clean” and well maintained, but you are also expected to discard used toilet paper in a bin, which has to be opened by hand, unfortunately. My wife didn’t think the shower facilities were clean enough either so we just left after a single day. Upon leaving, we attempted to modify our checkout date inside of the app and the staff refused to allow us to do so. Keeping the stay active beyond even the date we left the country and would have checked out early to begin with. It’s our fault for not cancelling the stay before arriving really, that we lost £130 or so. But you would expect a capsule style hotel to be more accommodating. In other words if you do stay here, don’t book several days at once, just book a couple of days and extend the booking on a day to day basis while you are there. Otherwise you are potentially wasting your money if you don’t like the place. That said, there are worse places. Good luck."
