I had an excellent stay at this hostel! Gabriel took care of everything for me during three magical days: the first day at the sublime Tumpak Sewu waterfall, the second at the impressive Bromo volcanoes, and the third at the fascinating Kawah Ijen, including the ferry ticket to Bali. She helped and guided me via WhatsApp from start to finish with incredible attention, and I truly felt supported from beginning to end... and even after I left! The service was absolutely top-notch, incredibly friendly and professional. Everything was superbly organized and memorable. I recommend it 1000%! Thank you, Gabriel and your daughters! I had a lovely 3-night stay at Decasa Female House, and I can definitely recommend it! It is a very charming place that is carefully being taken care of. What makes it truly unique is the friendly and welcoming nature of the employees and the owners. During my stay they invited me several times to local/family events together with some other guests. And whenever I had a problem (no matter how late!), they were very responsive and provided immediate help. It is centrally located, and you easily reach all major destinations. They even provide their own guide with personal recommendations and hidden gems. And in case you want to join a guided tour such as to Mount Bromo, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, or Mount Ijen, you can directly book it through them.  Thank you for everything, I had a great time in Malang!

A lovely spot located down a quiet street. The beds provide good privacy with walls and curtains. The room was a good temprature. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were nice and clean. The staff were wonderful and interacted with each guest very personally while remembering our names and trying to help whereever they could. I do recommend.

Fantastic hotel with all the amenities and excellent service. The staff are incredibly friendly and proactive. There's a great Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. The rooms are modern, super clean, and spacious. The location in Malang is a good base for exploring, but the only drawback is that it's on a fairly busy road. All in all, definitely a fantastic hotel to stay at.

Best in my Indonasia so far! The room was so spacious with the spectacular city view. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I got a dedicated ambassador and everything was quick. The location is excellent. Highly recommended for your stay in Malang. The only improvement is bedding. The comforter was not very comfy and had stains. Sheets seemed fairly old.

During my stay, I found the hotel's location to be very convenient, as it is close to malls, markets, and many dining options. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, the room cleanliness could be improved, and surprisingly, there was no iron available for guests. This is the first time I have experienced something like this at a hotel.

Good location as it’s located near the Alun Alun (City Square), the Malang Railway Station, and some legendary local culinary spots. Breakfast was decent with many choices. While the general cleanliness in the room was alright, the furnitures and amenities in the room are a bit outdated. All in all, if you’re just looking for a strategic resting place after a day exploring Malang area, this hotel is perfectly adequate

The hotel strictly requires you to pay deposit of 200 thousand rupiah when you already have prepaid full. I don’t see the need to pay a deposit of such amount because theere isn’t any mini bar provided in the rooms. I booked a king premium room with the balcony and with breakfast!! There is no mini fridge at all, no tissue, no coffee and no tea sachets, no electric kettle. The soap is so small and the shampoo and shower gel is very small bottles also. I paid the room with breakfast but The breakfast provided is not even a buffet! For halal breakfast, you have to go next door cafe and the hotel only gave you breakfast coupon of 50 000 rupiah for each person!! And you have to pay some more for the breakfast because the money coupon the hotel gave is not enough to claim for the breakfast food!! Ridiculous service this hotel has. Usually if you paid the room with breakfast, you dont have to pay anything more! Even the hotel towels not clean! The cafe in the hotel at roof top is NON Halal which serves pork. Muslims not recommended to stay here due to non halal food which has pork. Honestly, we didn’t know until we stayed here. Luckily it was only one night. But it was terrible with no amenities and service staffs not welcoming and not smiling genuinely. Only the location is good at Kayoetangan. But you can choose the Whiz Prime Hotel which is better which is nearby and also in Kayoetangan.

The staff was friendly, very helpful. They prepared a special breakfast since I went to Mt. Bromo tour and I couldn't arrive before 10am. The swimming pool looked nice. The only issue is the wifi which was intermitent.

The hotel is located next to the main road in the city center, which is very convenient to find. It is about one kilometer away from the train station. There are many restaurants on the road above the train station. The hotel room is standard and big enough with a bathtub, but it's too old and poorly maintained. It looks a bit dirty and needs to be renovated.
