Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Very good value for money The hotel is really very clean The location is great, 10-15 minutes to the metro, buses nearby, in general it is the center and close to everything There are decent restaurants and cafes nearby like third wave coffee The staff are very nice guys, both at the reception and those who cleaned the rooms. There is a safe in the room, it is quiet, the air conditioner cooled perfectly By the way, there are all the shampoos, gels, a dental kit I will note the breakfasts: they are Indian and with a varied selection, I had a good breakfast. More than happy with my choice of this hotel

I recently stayed at Olive Hotel on Millers Road by Embassy during my visit to Bangalore, and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is quite decent for its budget range—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even better. One thing that stood out to me was how neat and clean the bathroom was, which is always a big plus for me when choosing hotels. The overall ambience and maintenance of the property were impressive for the price point. If I plan to visit Bangalore again, I would definitely choose to stay at Olive Hotel on Millers Road once more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable yet budget-friendly option in the city.

While strolling down Cox town, we happened to see this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests. Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh. Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light. Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead. Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlooked😃 Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware. 5 star surely from us.

the staff are friendly and professional. the cafe's chef was quite good. the beds clean and comfortable, the hotel however was designed by a nincompop. there was barely four inches between the front of the toilet and the wall. the sink is designed to splash. the lights cannot all be controlled from the bedside. overall i had a pleasant stay.

I chose the hotel to improve the quality of my stay in Bangalore. Before moving to this hotel, we rented four rooms in a small hotel near my place of work. From the picture on the website and from the reviews, I got the impression that the hotel was what I needed. Unfortunately, the impressions formed from the reviews began to crumble upon check-in at the hotel. At the entrance, we were met by a search like at an airport. We were not allowed to bring our personal tools (and we came to the city to work) into the room (during check-out, there were difficulties with packing our luggage!). Upon check-in, we specifically asked about dinner, to which the manager told us everything except that we needed to specifically go to the reception desk and state a specific desire. Initially, we asked about dinner, meaning to have dinner at the hotel, during the conversation we decided that the issue was resolved. We went to have dinner, and they billed us 1.5 times more than stated. In response to all attempts to resolve the misunderstanding, the manager ”played stupid.” For a hotel that positions itself as a 4-star hotel, a manager who is unable to resolve an incident (which arose, among other things, due to his fault) is at the very least incomprehensible. Further, there is nothing to watch on TV! If before this we lived in a small hotel without stars and there was a smart TV in each room, then here there is something like cable, but without a selection. The rooms are spacious, and it would be good if they carried out some kind of interior renovation, but it seemed that the interior remained from the time of the hotel's construction. The air conditioning system generally worked, but its remote control was falling apart and did not give confidence in its correct operation. A good view from the window is spoiled by dirty windows, when I asked about washing them, the manager said that they do not open and there is no such possibility, in the previous hotel everything was much better. The curtains are eaten by moths or have become worn out over time. The walls in the shower are slippery, a layer of biota does not give a feeling of safety, however, in the pool located on the roof there is a similar situation. Regarding the room service, the staff has only the kindest words, friendly and ready to help. The same applies to the women from the management team. The men behaved strangely. To summarize the above: Good location, friendly junior staff (service). That's where the pros end. There are no four stars at all! All the pros are leveled by the poor maintenance and old interiors of the rooms. The unwillingness of the managers to seek compromises from situations created, including through their fault. The location is surrounded by traffic jams, it is difficult to get out in the morning and evening. Uber or Rapido will not help during rush hour. Only walking. I do not recommend this hotel for accommodation to foreign tourists, especially those who speak English poorly or do not speak English (Kannada and Hindi).

The hotel was cleaned and properly maintained. The food is also good. But sometimes the behaviour of room service was not pleasant. The chief is good but the way of communicating is not. But i like the behaviour of the food serving staff especially one person and shatrughan the recipient

I go there once a week but I am always satisfied and highly recommend it. I left my clothes here last week and they kindly kept them and returned them to me. Thank you.

Failed to act in good faith. We attempted to book a 4 night stay in February 2026. When the webpage refreshed, we found that we being booked for one night on October 20 2025. Immediately we contacted Trip.com to advise them of the error. Trip.com immediately contacted the hotel requested cancellation so that their client can rebook for the correct dates. The hotel manager refused to act in good faith and refused to allow the cancellation and rebooking. They claimed they were under no obligation to assist us as the room rate selected was nonrefundable. Do you think we will be booking a 4 night stay with this attitude toward their customers?
