Hotels near Frontier Management Centre in Bengaluru

I booked for three nights but due to a change in my schedule, I only stayed for two nights. However, they still charged me for all three nights. Shouldn't they only charge for two nights if the initial mandatory stay was just one night, and I checked out after two? The hotel told me that because I booked through Trip.com, cancellations or changes weren't possible, and Trip.com told me to contact the hotel. They just kept passing the buck! I will not be using Trip.com again.

Good hospitality, value for money. People are very supportive at the reception especially the manager with glasses. Rajendra from housekeeping was good in cleaning the room.

The location is very good, it is only five minutes to walk to church street and MG road. It is also close to the subway station. It is considered to be the location of downtown Bangalore, so it is highly recommended. The room was very nice and it was clean and clean. The waiter was also unexpectedly welcoming, which was different from what I encountered at other hotels, so it was very pleasant. I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish. The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect. Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious. There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient. Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended. A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏. Management, you truly have a wonderful team… they deserve a raise! 😄 Thank you for making our first experience in India such a memorable one 🇮🇳❤️

location : excellent many good restaurants around. food : breakfast is below average though spread is good service: though checkin , checkout were smooth, room wasn't cleaned on day 2 of stay. had to request to clean up. overall room cleanliness is average. stay here if you are looking for an option in Whitefield and your budget is <3500

The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides. I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. Was there for one night but no complains at all apart from the room given to me was next to service lift which kept going up and down the whole night. Rest was all cool. The bed was nice.

The hotel was good however too old and expensive for the price cu z the rooms were basic and not getting hot water was an issue. The mirror wasn't placed properly for anyone to get ready. After my complaint, the manager immediately took action and moved me to a better and upgraded room which was worth the price. Overall the hotel was average but the staff too good and the service as well. Restaurant food was great too. Close proximity to the it, golf, highway, main places. Good for business stays

Overall, the facilities were okay and the location was okay, but my room didn't have a hairdryer for some reason, and I was tired because I arrived at dawn, so it was a shame that the check-in time was too long.

The hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.
