"Very nice hotel, atmospheric and beautiful. The men at the front desk are very polite and enthusiastic. It's a pity that the restaurant starts breakfast at 7 o'clock, and many customers are already waiting at the door, and the restaurant's door will not open on time at 7 o'clock, it will always be 2 or 3 minutes late, but the fact is that there are not many service staff in the restaurant. In fact, even if it is not ready within the specified time, at least the door should be opened on time, and guests should not be allowed to stand outside the door and wait."

Hotel Maison Il Conservatorio is perfectly locatedâjust a 6-minute walk from the train station and car rental return, making arrival super convenient. Though thereâs no on-site parking, they offer a helpful valet-style service for a fee and booking
The hotel sits on the rooftop of a kindergarten, which is both unique and endearing. Surrounded by plenty of great eateries and a short walk to the port for day trips to Capri, Positano, or Amalfi, the location is ideal for exploring.
The interior is creative, colourful, and full of personalityâa truly refreshing design. While it lacks a ground-floor reception (which would be helpful for managing luggage), and there are no pool or major facilities, it still offers a pleasant and memorable experience. A bit pricey for what it is, but Iâd definitely consider staying here again for the charm and location alone.

LLKHKerMy family and I had a precious and memorable experience at Casa Astarita guesthouse in October. Although we walked for a while from the bus station to the house, we soon realized that we were already passing through the most central and lively area of Sorrento. Everything we wantedârestaurants, gift shops, gelato and drink bars, supermarkets, and moreâwas just a few steps from the guesthouse.
The reception and hospitality at Casa Astarita were even more surprising and heartwarming, making us feel truly at home. We were deeply touched and grateful to be guests here.
We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast time with other guests in the common dining area. The maids were kind and thoughtful, customizing our meals to our preferences.
The room was spacious, and the furniture solid and traditionally functionalânot designed for those expecting luxury decor, but perfectly comfortable. The balcony overlooked the main street below, where we could hear buskers and Italian music playing from the nearby restaurants, giving us an immersive sense of the city.
On our checkout day, as we wanted to stay in the city until late, we were gladly offered luggage storage without hesitation. We sincerely thank the host for their considerate and customer-oriented service.

CClare.JThe chek-in process was smooth. Maria was super helpful. The Amalfi coast tour she recommended was the best thing I did in the whole trip of Italy. Please say thanks to Nino for me, our driver. He is the best. Everything is super clean and new. I admire how the cleaning was done. It's done like 5 star hotel. I've got to meet her the last day and she is super kind as well.
The only downside was the noise from the wall next door(other guests). I could hear everything from their bathroom and when they flush the toilet it sounds like a bomb dropping into my ear. No kidding. Maybe in another room it might be better.
I'm writing this because I really loved staying here. Everything is super close, convenient and neighbors are the nicest. I just hope maybe something can be done on that wall for a better soundproof because I really hope one day I wanna bring my parents to here and experience beautiful Sorrento.
Overall, my stay was great and I wanna stay here again when I visit Sorrento. Everyone here is super friendly and I felt at home. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated on top of a hill with very good vires of the Sorrento coast. The amenities provided very good and room was decent too. Staff was helpful. We need just cold medicines Panadol but were unavailable at the hotel.
The hotel provides for shuttle bus service at specific times which is good as the place is about 25-30 mins away from the centre. We missed it by around 30-45 mins so had to take the coach buses to the hotel which is also quite reasonable. The hotel was proactive and arranged the Amalfi Positano trip by ferry, with pickup and drop at hotel, which was superb.
Overall, we loved our-stay at Prestige.

AaurorayeThis is the biggest chain hotel in Sorrento, located halfway up the hill, about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center's pedestrian street. Transportation is quite convenient.
The hardware facilities are fine, and the breakfast is plentiful, with a chef making omelets on the spot.
However, the service is truly awful! Check-in was incredibly slow. First, they couldn't find my reservation, then they mixed up names. Just because Chinese people share the same surname, do they automatically assume we're the same person? Laughable!
Naturally, the room we were given had the wrong setup. We booked a triple room, but as photo 3 shows, the bed should have been made, and all the amenities were only for two people. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get more. We tried calling, they said 'OK,' but nothing was delivered all night.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, unless the price drops significantly.

GGuest UserOver all experience ! 8/10! Location 10-15 to Sorrento town centre by bus ! Which is right outside. So donât bother for taxi , or paid car parking ! Sea view hotel. 3 star but with lovely pool , sea view sitting area to relax for guests. Hand wash , hair dryer , small bathroom. Shower area very tight but manageable. Locker. Air con. Room size ( booked Standered) ok. 15M ! Manageable Room cleanliness good . Bed comfortable ! Cupboard. All this in 3 star is mind boggling ! Now Negative points . U canât sleep for long. Max 8-9am. As check out is 10.30am max. BF 7/10. As other guest start closing doors going for BF so u hear them. Itâs a two story hotel with stairs. No elevator. But has help to take your luggage to rooms. Try to take rooms on 1st floor. If u r over 55 plus. But keep in mind. Itâs 3 star. With sea view and pool. Last suggestion. Donât other taking rent a car. Take ferries. Driving on some road here is not very safe with Italian drivers. Plus traffic.

GGuest UserWe arrived at 1030am and were informed that the check in was at 3pm. Asked twice because we thought it was later than usual. The lady with spectacles insisted it was 3pm. Checked online later, found out it was after 2:30pm. If the room wasnât ready, she could have just said it so, instead of misleading us. Â Second, this was the only hotel in entire Italy that didnât even offer free water bottles. You would find it in the mini bar and it costs 3 euros. Â The amenities consisted of paper cups and small bottles of body wash/ shampoo which werenât replaced the next day, so we had to make do with what little soap was left. The bed was put horribly together. The bathroom had mold in so many corners, the walls were dirty, didnât seem like it was thoroughly cleaned in years.Â
The good thing was that there was spare pillows, a balcony with table & chair. The breakfast was one of the better breakfast we had in Italy. The location was amazing, 1km to the port and there was a grocery shop nearby. The price was also reasonable  (250 euro per night) when we booked. However we considered extending our stay and checked two weeks before we were due to arrive and it had gone up more than 50%, at which point I donât think it was worth it.

GGuest UserThe campsite is very pleasant and well-maintained, but as always, there's room for improvement. For instance, the restrooms are too far from the main accommodation areas. It would be beneficial to have a toilet block closer to the tent pitches (or wooden cabins). The opening hours for the pool and beach are too short; I couldn't make use of them as they were closed early in the morning and after 6:30 PM. Furthermore, the bar with the sea view was closed, and reaching the other bar was inconvenient because it was located uphill from where we were staying.

Iilzestayed here with a friend and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but it's just a short walk from the main street, which made it convenient yet peaceful.
The room had a fantastic view, which we really enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure â something we appreciated after long days of exploring. However, while the shower was advertised as having fancy jet options, none of them worked. This feature really shouldn't be promoted if it's not functional.
The room was marketed as a deluxe bedroom, but in reality, it's a standard double room without any frills. We wouldâve preferred if expectations were set more accurately â under-promising and over-delivering always makes for a better guest experience.
Breakfast was basic and nothing to rave about, though we werenât expecting much there, so no big disappointment.
All in all, itâs a solid option for a short stay. But i won't be recommending for family or friends. Tbere are better option elsewhere. Just need to be booked in advance đ
