"Super small apartments. On the plus side 1. Close to the metro 2. The room is clean, the bathroom is very fresh Minuses 1. Very noisy place. There is a trash can and a big road under the window; it is impossible to talk on the phone with the open balcony. 2. There is no soundproofing from the neighboring room. It was one room in an apartment, which was divided into two by a “cardboard” wall. 3. There are no basic cutlery in the room. If you want to eat fruit or snack on yogurt at home, this is a problem; there is no plate, teaspoon or knife. 4. From observations, the owner does not always answer calls and new arrivals had to call for a long time and stand on the sidewalk for several hours waiting for the key. in general, ok. But I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Due to some personal mishaps on my part, the gentleman at the hotel's front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, which I really appreciate. The hotel environment is also very good, especially for Chinese travelers abroad; it truly gives a great sense of security. Other hotels I've stayed at had Italian staff who were quite unfriendly, so if you're a Chinese traveler, I highly recommend this place—it's truly excellent! "I stayed in C’est la vie suites for 2 days and everything was perfect: new and clear apartment, equipped with all that was needed. There are also free mini bar with water and a coffee machine in the room. Apartments are located in beautiful area, quiet and safe, close to Vatican and historical centre. I had no problem for entering the building for check-in, it’s easy to find. After check-in you can enter in the building, using special app. Amalia is such a friendly host, kind and professional, she provided tips and advices about local area. She was in touch for any questions and requests.  I had a great time and highly recommend C’est la vie suites for staying. And definitely will stay there, when I have my next trip to Rome."

"Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you in case you need assistance. Regarding the location: it was perfect for us as it's situated near Villa Miani (venue for a lot of weddings), and around 15 min by taxi from the 'center'. Tube is just 5 min walk, bus stop is 1 min walk away. Very close to the Vatican City."

"This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel. I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period."

"Francesco was very enthusiastic and introduced us to Rome's travel guide and recommended nearby Italian restaurants as soon as we arrived at the hotel. "Location: The hotel is very close to the Vatican Museum, about a few minutes' walk away. The nearby neighborhood is also quite lively. Next to it is McDonald's and Ottaviano subway station. I personally feel that the safety of the area is OK. Hotel status: The hotel looks like a homestay. It seems that there are only a few rooms. It is on the first floor of a building (the number of floors starts from 0). After entering the gate, you need to take the elevator to the first floor to check in. The elevator is very small and it feels that it can only accommodate one person plus a suitcase. Room status: The room is very small. It is difficult to find a suitable place to spread out a large suitcase. It is enough for one person, but it will be a bit crowded for two people. But everything is available, such as TV, air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer, etc. (I didn't use the TV and air conditioning, so I'm not sure if they are OK). There is a small balcony, which is great! The sound insulation is average. You can hear the sound of the corridor and the street (but there is no sound in these two places late at night), and you can't hear the sound of the next room. The bed is relatively soft, there is no discomfort, the sanitary conditions are average, and it looks relatively old. Service: From check-in to check-out, I only contacted the front desk staff INNO CENZO, who was very enthusiastic and patiently explained the use of the door key, floor key and room card when checking in. I didn't have an adapter for the power socket. I asked the hotel if they had one at first, but they said no. When we met again later, they helped me find an adapter and asked if I needed one. Others: In addition to the room fee deducted by Ctrip, you also need to pay the city tax when you check out, which seems to be 5 euros per room per night."
