Ddarbz89The view from the room was an obvious highlight. It’s also got great service, and is very clean, as you would expect from any hotel in Japan. It is a little bit of a walk from the city centre, but there’s regular busses between Niigata station and Toki Messe, so it’s still more convenient than you might expect from looking at the map. Definitely worthwhile!

TTravellingAllTheTimeThe premium queen room is fantastic. On the high floor with a lovely view of the mountains. Hotel is close to a shopping mall called Love La with Uniqlo, Muji, GU, CanDo and Aeon supermarket. There are also familymart and Lawson nearby. Food wise, McDonald’s and Matsuya (24hours) are walking distance 5mins. Room is quiet and great to stay!

WWilly UyCheck in and out is fast. Being part of JR Train Group gave it immediate accessibility in same building in 2 to 4 minutes. Hotel lobby 3rd floor is same floor with JR entrance.
Besides Seven Eleven store and about 40 meters distance walking to Yoshinoya.
Many food shops around South ,West,East entrance.
Bic Camera just across street.
Room is ok with bath separated from toilet.

I went by car, and it was great to be able to park right next to it for 1,100 yen for one night. There were only a limited number of spaces, so it was first come, first served.
The floor of the unit bath was dirty...there was hair on it and it looked like bath salts had been left behind...
Breakfast was simple, but included, and I think it was very good value for the price.

The cleaning was well done and I was able to spend it comfortably.
The food was delicious. Especially the breakfast buffet was good.
I think it is a good hotel in Cospa.
It was good that the large communal bath was large, but I wish it was a hot spring of a more habitual type because the hot spring was tasteless and odorless.
