"What a nice hotel! Great location! On our departure day, we left the hotel @ 4:15pm and got on the Nozomi Shinkanzen @ 4:28pm :-) Nice room size with table and leather bench so you don’t always have to sit on the bed. The public bath is modern and clean. The best part was the exceptional front desk staff who were so kind and friendly, probably the nicest front desk staff we have experienced in Japan so far. Special thanks goes out to the only male employee working around 4pm on 22nd of May who carried my bag out from the luggage storage and gifted me a mini origami. Your kindness really touched me! Also, great craftmanship!!!"

"Great central location, near Hiroshima station. Hence easy to take Shinkansen, JR trains, streetcars. Within walking distance to most major attractions. Hotel is modern with reasonable amenities. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. Hotel staff speaks English and are helpful. Good value. Highly recommend."

"The hotel's location is excellent. From the second floor of JR Hiroshima Station, you can follow the skywalk across the street, and it's right next to Hiroshima TV. Having a 7-Eleven downstairs is also very convenient. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are great, and the rooms are a bit larger than typical Japanese hotels. Breakfast is on the 20th floor with panoramic views, including the station. The variety is quite rich, and they even have Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The only thing I hope they can improve is the towel-only replacement service. It's nice that clean towels are hung outside the door without disturbing guests, but it would be even better if there was a bin in the bathroom to dispose of used towels."

"Comfortable stay. Hotel car park has limited slots so advised to arrive early if you could. If not, there is a multiple carpark about 5 min away from hotel. Hotel is near a lot restaurants and a building which houses 10 over okonomiyaki stalls."

"Considering the extreme weather in summer, I thought it through and booked this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient. You can reach the hotel from the bus stop by just walking through the JR station. Right outside the hotel's second-floor entrance is a tram stop 🚃, which can take you anywhere you want to go, though it's a bit slower than the JR, so you need to keep an eye on the time. You check in on the 7th floor via the elevator. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is very new. The commercial facilities within the JR station are super convenient; you can buy things and then head straight up to your room to drop them off. There are also many great restaurants nearby. After so many trips to Japan, this was the first time I finally got to try Hoshino Coffee. It's also very convenient for visiting Miyajima and the Shimose Art Museum."

"The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Hiroshima Station's South Exit. The room was on the smaller side, which I expected. Downstairs, they offer breakfast from 7-10 AM, with a good selection of breads, small pastries, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. If you don't have super high expectations, it's pretty decent. There are also quite a few good izakayas nearby, but unfortunately, they allow smoking, so we couldn't go in with kids. However, there's a nice yakiniku place close by that was a good alternative."

"The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, and there's a tram stop just a few meters from the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. The bathroom was clean and the facilities felt very new. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, and downstairs there's a Matsuya restaurant, which offers a good variety of dishes at low prices. The breakfast included was a set menu, with four options to choose from, and the portions were very generous."

"I love this hotel with their sincere hospitality, the location is perfect with just a few mins walk to main shopping area and easy to travel around. Staffs are superb and friendly. Would certainly stay here for my next trip to Hiroshima."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right out of the Shinkansen station. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the lobby is beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby for dinner. I'll definitely choose this hotel brand in other Japanese cities next time."

"Great value if you need to live near Hiroshima Station, since it is only a very short walk from the station. The room is perfectly fine for one person, the toilet is a bit small but usable. The station nearby has plenty of restaurants to eat at, though not many places for breakfast. You can eat at the hotel, but the hotel only sells one type of onigiri set for breakfast. The biggest downside is that the hotel is very close to the Shinkansen tracks, which makes a lot of noise. You will need earplugs if you cannot stand the noise (if you want to sleep early, or if you want to wake up late)."
