LLumos312The whole house and the owner are like something out of a fairy tale!!
Maximalists would be thrilled to stay here. The owner's guesthouse is truly like a mini-museum; ten photos wouldn't be enough to capture all the surprises and ingenious touches hidden inside. It's a bit of a shame I didn't get to see the night view from the rooftop; it was so cold the day I checked in 😭. I chose a single room, but it was perfectly adequate for solo travel! The blankets were very soft and comfortable, and the room size was just right. It's very close to the Sakuracho shopping district! I haven't stayed in many guesthouses, but this one truly showed genuine care and attention! I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Kumamoto 🥰

We had everything we need from the amenities area.
Breakfast is very good range, and most important YUMMY! The staffs at the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful too, they even helped my son (5yr old) with his drink he wants 🥰
We loved the bath, face and hand towels that are used in the hotel. They feel so soft to the skin!

GGuest UserThis hotel is really nice and conveniently located right on top of Sakura Machi mall, so there are plenty of food options and shops for shopping.
Right across the street is a pedestrian street, which is great for walking around. It’s not too crowded, so the atmosphere is quite relaxed.
There’s also a major bus stop right downstairs, which makes it super convenient—especially if you don’t have a car. If you’re traveling between cities, this is likely a main stop you’ll pass through.
For those who drive, you can find parking nearby. The hotel may offer parking discounts at certain locations, but I’m not entirely sure which ones.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and smells really nice—feels new and well-maintained. Amenities are quite complete as well.
The bed and pillows were just okay, slightly leaning towards the uncomfortable side. However, the bathroom is excellent, with a separate standing shower and a small bathtub. The room I got was also quite cute, with a small sofa area, which was a nice touch.

MM.Sim007Fantastic new hotel! We took a 37sm corner room, large for japan standard Breakfast soread is good and delicious. Hotel beds are also the best so.far (for tjis 10days trup Kyushu) location is ver central, food plentiful..only issue we had is carpark (due to the central location and probably due to Golden Week,), no parking anywhere near the hotel and ended up waiting for more than an hr to park at Times parking which cost 3600 yen till next day. Overall, we highly recommend this hote.l

GGuest UserNice cosy hotel. Very clean and easy to check in. Convenience store just across the road. 5 mins drive to a major shopping mall. Has a small stove to cook and kitchen. But really small and dark though.
Otherwise room is very cosy and fits four of us well. Bathroom is clean and nice. Washer in the room too.
I can jog to kumamoto castle which is nearby.

SSoraChSuperb location! The room and bathroom are massive—way bigger than your typical business hotel. Breakfast was solid, and I got a lucky room with a view of Kumamoto Castle! Just a heads-up though: if you’re driving, it’s a hassle. You have to park in a separate building a block away.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located very close to near to the train station with AEON Mall just across the road. The hotel also provides sufficient parking space for guests. We appreciated the hospitality and professional services provided by the hotel staff. For the American breakfast, it’s yummy with various drinks. The hotel also provides free welcome drinks starting at 1600 hrs for guests. In terms of cost effectiveness, it’s ranked highest.

ヨヨシエさんI traveled around Kumamoto Prefecture by car. The hotel offered excellent parking facilities, and the staff were incredibly friendly, providing useful local information. From check-in to check-out, the front desk handled everything smoothly and courteously, making it a truly dependable hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. While the view from the window wasn't anything special, the quality of the hotel's services more than made up for it. The complimentary drink service after using the hot spring and the curry rice were absolutely perfect. This is definitely a place I'd love to revisit.

LLei，taoOverall, a fantastic stay! I really appreciated the complimentary drinks and the spacious bathtub in the room. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be returning for another visit. My only minor critique is that the location isn't the most convenient, but despite that, I found the overall experience to be very satisfactory.

MMandyMandyLCMThis is a self-drive tour, thinking that it would be okay to stay farther away in a hot spring hotel, so I chose this one. It's a very old hotel, but it's acceptable for the price. The room was large, very clean and tidy, and very comfortable. Front desk only an uncle reception, amiable attitude, give you the key to your own room, check-in outdoor hot spring maintenance only indoor, because the location is remote only saw two or three residents, stay three days and two nights, the next day towels at the door to change, back when only given a set There was an outdoor hot tub, but no way out for repairs.
