"The hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the Chunichi Building, which is directly accessible from Exit 13 of Sakae Station. You take the elevator from B1 up to the 24th floor for the hotel lobby. The room layout is great; you can fully open three large suitcases. There's an observation deck on the 7th floor where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of Nagoya's nightscape. To get to Mitsukoshi Department Store, you can use the underground passage and come out at Exit 16. The hotel is also very convenient for Nagoya Station, just two subway stops away. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Nagoya."

It's surrounded by convenience stores, shops, and restaurants, and is just 100 meters from the Alpen Outdoors superstore, with many other major brands nearby and a 24-hour drugstore. "This is an excellent hotel! Its location is superb, just a 3-5 minute walk from Sakae Station Exit 3, and very close to the airport limousine bus stop, making transportation incredibly convenient. The surrounding area has a wide range of amenities, making dining, getting around, and shopping extremely easy. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, it's very clean and tidy. The staff service was particularly outstanding; they even helped me call a taxi. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The room is too small or the bed is to large. There was no chair or table to put things away. It was cold and humid and the bathroom was smelly when we came so we had to have the windows opened, which you can not do yourself. We could smell smoke even if they say it's a non smoking hotel. The beds were comfortable though and we slept well. We didn't stay much at the hotel but having a chair and a table to put things away is a must. The staff was welcoming and very helpful."

Corridor of floors are linked to outdoor so nil air conditioning, it was a surprise - good for ventilation but bad for insects, also one could get sweaty waiting for lift on heat stroke days. Shower place can fit a non fat individual with minimal movement, else one will keep touching the walls. Front desk staffs are helpful. Provisionals exceed expectations, such as morning breakfast cereals and milk, bike and helmet rentals."
