I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

The staff were incredibly attentive. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room was so quiet with excellent natural light. The large bathroom was a real plus – very comfortable! Thank you. I'd love to come back and stay for a few more days next time. The location is super convenient, right next to Sendai Station.

We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.

The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing so calm and quiet. The staff provided great service throughout our stay. The room (21sqm) was a bit cozy, and more space would be a plus, but it was perfectly fine for a good rest before continuing our travels. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The hotel location is near the shopping mall and 5-10 minutes from the Sendai Station. However,I will not recommend this hotel If you have rented a car for your trip as the hotel does not have its own car park. There are 3 shared car parks near the hotel and they are quite full on Sat and Sun.

The room was small but clean. It's very close to the station and also within walking distance of the main shopping street where you can see the big posters. The AER observation deck is right next door. I was so surprised by how extensive the breakfast buffet was – for this price, it's really great value for money!

The hotel is conveniently located just right outside of the train station (shinkansen west exit) and it’s linked to the shopping malls that are around the stations. The bus stops are just below as well, good if you are taking a bus out or if you joined day trips departing from Sendai. The hotel is also very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly.

The hotel is quite nice, about a 10-minute walk from the station, which is convenient for shopping. Mitsui Department Store is nearby, just across the street. The hotel has a large public bath, which is great for a relaxing soak after a day out. Just try to avoid peak hours.

Traveling solo to Sendai for an ice show, and this hotel was such a comfortable base for my first trip! It's super close to Sendai Station, with a convenience store and restaurants right downstairs. Plus, there's a Don Quijote and Daiso nearby, so you could easily spend a lot of happy time just exploring the immediate area. The facilities are great too; you can grab disposable toiletries yourself, and both the desk area and bathroom were really comfortable.

It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new. Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and return it to us. Very grateful to the receptionist and staff(namely加藤) found the lost socks.
