"Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway exit. The room was spacious enough, and the soundproofing was good. It came with a fridge and a safe. The facilities were well-maintained, and the hygiene was excellent. Check-in at the front desk was very convenient, and guests could grab bottled drinking water from the lobby on the first floor.
Surroundings: There are several convenience stores downstairs, including CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven, as well as fried chicken restaurants. There's a large supermarket about a 5-minute walk away, and a food street can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
Breakfast: Western-style breakfast, with a decent variety of items, though there was very little fruit, probably because fruit is so expensive in Korea."
"It's more of a motel than a hotel, especially considering its location! The service and amenities are great! They provide toothbrushes, contact lens cases, chargers, and more! The room's atmosphere is clean and spacious, which is a plus! Some might find the cleanliness a bit lacking, depending on their standards. There are lots of 7-Elevens nearby! And if you walk a little further, you'll find GS25 and CU convenience stores too!"
"The location was a bit out of the way from the main street, which was a little inconvenient, but the facilities and room condition were excellent, probably because it's a new building. However, I couldn't sleep all night due to the thumping noise from the upstairs room, probably because of poor soundproofing. This might be a hit-or-miss situation, but the front desk's response was a bit disappointing."
"Overall, it’s a comfortable stay. Clean room, near to the metro station, friendly hotel employees and free amenities and tea at the lobby for you to take what you need. It’s really a good experience if you want to explore out of Seoul. Although it’s near a metro with escalators, it is far if you want to visit Seoul, Myeongdong area as taking metro to these places can take about 1 hour plus. But if you want a non-touristy place, do check out this hotel. In fact, the hotel has lots of local restaurants, cafes and olive young for you to shop and wonder."
"The room is spacious and clean. Bedding, towels, and bath rope are like new. The bed is huge, mattress is firm. Shower was one of the best. The shower itself is spacious. Water is very hot and with good pressure. One good design is shower, toilet and sink are separated by glass doors. People can get ready at the same time. There are lots of restaurants in the area just downstairs. If you really have to pick something, people are singing on the street pass midnight on Friday night. But it didn't bother me at all."
"Room is clean with amenities like hair straightener, hairdryer, TV, laptop, couch, kettle and table. Washroom is quite spacious with shower at bathtub, basin and toilet bowl with electronic bidet. You also can find water dispenser at lobby."
"The hotel itself was good clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. However, the staff were not well-behaved and did not seem to know how to treat guests properly"
"The holiday is good,
Hygiene: very good
Environment: very good
Service: very good, that is, language communication
Facility: there is a massage chair
At present, the overall is good👍👌, I will come again next time, it is a hotel worth repurchasing"
"This is a nice motel with a friendly staff. There is a good location near subway station, store and restaurants. I visited a concert in Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, it was convenient to get there."
"I stayed here for a business trip and it exceeded my expectations. The room was meticulously clean and the bedding was so comfortable, allowing me to fully recover from the day's fatigue. The quiet environment helped me relax comfortably after work, and the overall facility management was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which left an even better impression. I highly recommend this place for business travelers, and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area for work."

Amazing
GGuest UserWow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.
The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.
We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and casino!
MMaggiehuoI had an early morning flight from Incheon Airport, so I booked a night at a nearby hotel. The facilities were very new, and I even tried my luck at the casino – everyone there was so good-looking! Getting to the airport the next day was super convenient, as it's very close by.
AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying here for a layover at Incheon Airport. It's only two subway stops away from the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, though a bit on the small side. It had a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, which made things very convenient. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants and snack bars, so there's plenty of choice.
AAnonymous UserAs the name says, it's a 5-star luxury resort. Resort and room amenities were all maintained nicely, including the gym and indoor pool. We were given a free room upgrade which has definitely elevated our experience.Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The new shuttle bus service that stops at Hongdae and Myeongdong made transport that so much more convenient. It was my third time at Inspire and this time round I had reached there without any inconveniences. The entire resort is very big so wayfinding can be quite confusing but there are many staff around to assist! Due to a government policy, they do not provide disposable items like dental kits. I will want to stay there again.
PPeterJAshtonI had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access.
I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage.
Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store.
While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Unseo Station. On the way, you'll find Olive Young and Photoism, and there are CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven convenience stores within a minute's walk. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and everything is very clean. They even provide a hair straightener, which is a nice touch – just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The remote control is great; you can control the AC, lights, and TV all with one click! Getting to APF is easy too, just a bus ride away. They do lend out universal adapters at the front desk if you forget to bring your own.
SSolongo MglThe hotel was comfortable, clean, and had great service. What I loved most was how close it was to everything. I also really enjoyed the nearby Artforest — a place filled with different cultures and foods from around the world. It made the whole experience even more special.
GGuest UserIt was an amazing and well maintained property with lots of things to do around. We could also easily travel to Seoul through the nearby metro station. There were three convenience stores just below the property itself which made things easier for the family
GGuest UserNice room with nice sea view! 3 mins walk to bus stop to take bus to the city. Only the water pressure in the shower room wasn't strong enough. Overall, very nice stay.
KKCHENThe hotel is great, surrounded by restaurants, very new, and affordable. It's perfect for a layover, just a 20-minute taxi ride away. I'll definitely stay here again if I have another layover in Incheon. The self check-in and check-out process is simple and efficient. The 24-hour bar on the 13th floor is also a nice touch.
