It's very close to Wutong Island in Yeosu City, and there are tons of tourists. It's also very close to Yi Sun-sin Square, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Overall, it is a clean and spacious room. The best advantage is the ocean view. It is located away from the downtown area, so you can stay quietly. It was a very suitable space as a resting place in between trips. I am satisfied. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and various shops around the nearby apartment complex are close, so there is no inconvenience in food delivery and purchasing necessary items.

“Compact but enough”, which is what the hotel claims, I think it is true. The room is not spacious, but it is okay, clean, and equipped with most of the necessities. The location is a big highlight, as it is in the center and near many attractions. Another big highlight is the rooftop bar, which provides a clear view of the bay. This makes this hotel very attractive when considering a stay during a festival, as you may have a direct view of the fireworks in the bay.

I got 4 rooms, but I had to grab one and write a review again, but the hostel was clean and I slept well.. The local home-cooked rice in the morning was so delicious.

I will not stay in the hostel for a long time, so I booked it for a good price, but I rested so well. The interior wallpaper and facilities are covered with soft styles, but I felt that they were clean and well maintained, and the boss was very kind. There was a sea gimbap and a big convenience store within a short walk :)

First of all, the hotel is located in Dolsan, and there are many other hotels and pensions nearby, and there are many pretty cafes.
The location is great to go to famous cafes like Rapikna, Moipin and Promnad.
You can go to Yi Sun-sin Square in about 15 minutes by car.
First of all, the hotel view is dead. The wide ocean view and pool view are really art!
The pool is also hot water, cold water, and even a sauna that can keep the body temperature.
Airken is good, amenities are great, and simple cooking is possible, so I had a good time!
There is also a pool villa, so it seems that many families come! Recommended!

Everything was good. However, I made a reservation because of the swimming pool, but found out that it was not operating until I arrived. I also found out that the cost of accommodation has dropped significantly compared to the price I booked in March. I inquired with the hotel, but all I heard was that there was no change, and I think there was a problem with Trip.com's guidance as well.
If you plan to use the swimming pool, be sure to check it out. I was told by the hotel that at this time they cannot anticipate an operating schedule, even in the summer.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay (May 14–19, 2026) at the Marine Terrace Pool Villa. This 3-star property is perfectly located on a beautiful bay. We stayed in the Ocean 4 and Marine 4 villas; they were very spacious, featured 2 large beds, and had equipped kitchens.
A real highlight was the private pool in each villa, which we could heat to 36°C—the perfect way to relax after days spent hiking and visiting temples. The only downside was that the main swimming pool wasn’t open yet during our visit.
The 2 staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Communication via translation apps and gestures worked perfectly well—definitely better than our Korean! It was a pleasure to stay in such a setting; we were the only Western guests among several local Korean families.
We highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Yeosu!

GGuest UserWhat a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect near several walkable sight seeing destinations and attractions. Beautiful time of year to see blooming cherry blossom trees. Love the spaciousness of the room we were in that had two beds. We did book the room with an ocean view. Which we got to see fireworks, Odongdo Island and Jasan Sunrise Pavilion area. They do have great restaurants and cafes very near by. To include the very lovely cafe on premises which we enjoyed indulging on their chocolate ice cream they served so beautifully. The only thing which is out of the hotels control is its SLOW moving elevators which they only have 3 for its grand size. Other than that, the staff were super friendly and the free parking was a plus. Also a plus, is they have a few restaurants right out its doors to include a GS25 convenience store. I definitely would recommend this hotel for your Yeosu adventures.

PP Y COcean Jacuzzi Suite is fabulous! Stunning views, warm & modern layout, versatile space, and the jacuzzi is top-notch. Perfect for couples but with the benefit of the extra two twin beds that can be partitioned off from the main common space w/ a separate bathroom. Look at the hotel's dedicated website for the actual floorplan since it's hard to tell on aggregate sites. It's definitely a tourist hotel which means lots of people, especially on the weekends, though the room is ultra quiet. Patience is needed for the elevators since there are so many floors, and those afraid of heights need to know that while the views from the suite are spectacular you definitely feel it, especially on the outdoor balcony or by the bay windows! Restaurant & convenience store downstairs and a great area to stroll at night since it's in the Expo area and everything is lit up. For the rate, this is an aboslute banger of a deal depending on when you book:)

GGuest User가격이 저렴하고 주차공간 넉넉하고 바닷가와 가까워 좋긴 하였으나, 각티슈, 컨디셔너가 채워져있지 않았고 커피포트도 사용후 세척하지 않은 그대로여서 청소후 마무리가 되지않은 듯 느껴짐. 냄비. 후라이펜, 도마, 칼 등 요리도구가 전혀 갖추어져있지 않아 인덕션이 있는데 쓸모가 없었음.
당연히 취사가 가능한 줄 알고 예약했는데 없는게 많아 취사는 포기하고 4박5일 지내다 감.
그래도 저렴한 가격에 만족하고 잘 쉬다갑니다~
뒤에 이용할 손님들을 위해 조금만 더 객실관리에 신경써주시면 좋겠습니다.

GGuest UserBeing by the harbor rather than in the city center, it's very quiet. Plus, there's a large park within walking distance, which is great for a stroll. The views of Yeosu Bridge and the night sea of Yeosu are absolutely fantastic. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. Having Lotte Mart nearby was convenient for groceries, and Hamo-hamo Eel Street was just a 5-minute drive away, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

GGuest UserA great motel in a good location - 10 min walking to the Dolsan bridge, 15 min to Lotte mart, buses to Dolsan island and Yeosu Expo Station. Very friendly staff, they don't speak English, but are good with Google translate.
The room is standard, though a bed is narrow, be prepared. There is a fridge in the room. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room floor is heated at night time. At the 1st floor there is a kitchen with hot water, kettle, microwave. On the roof there are 2 laundry machines, the guests can use them for free. The last but not the least, managers called us a taxi at 5:00 AM, so kind for them! Thanks a lot!

GGuest UserThe hotel room is big and spacious, with one queen and one single bed. The appliances in the room are very new. It’s very much like a studio apartment but not allowed to cook. The location is perfect, short walk within the marina area, 2km to Changdu island and convention hall.
What I didn’t like was the lack of amenities. They only provide SMALL towels for guests but stating that it’s government regulations restricting on one time used items. It’s BS, if you can provide small towels, then you should provide big towels. They are not one time use items.
They also don’t provide instant coffee nor tea. We have to get it at CU or GS25 ourselves.

I used Sonocam every time I came to Yeosu, but there were many other hotels,
so I was looking at JCS Hotel, which was introduced as the 2nd best restaurant with a view,
and I made a reservation to try it out,
and it is the best restaurant with a view in Yeosu.
It is so so pretty.
Now, for my Yeosu trip, JCS Hotel 😍

GGuest UserThis was a nice place to stay with a wonderful view. Though you have to be aware it is not close to the main touristic attractions. Moreover, the building is quite old and you shouldn’t expect perfect cleanliness. Indeed, I would have appreciated the hot tub to be cleaned before we arrive, and there were some cobwebs on the mezzanine. With such a wonderful view, it’s too bad that the windows are not well cleaned either. Last negative point, the ”curtains” don't block out the light so you shouldn’t be too sensitive if you expect to sleep in the morning.
Regarding positive sides, beside the view and quiet location, the fully equipped kitchen is really convenient. You can also control the heating system which is very efficient to warm up the whole room. The electric heated blanket was very comfortable in winter as well!
I guess you get what you can expect for this price!
