"The hotel's exterior is truly beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. You get expansive sea views right from the room. The entire room is also very spacious and clean, though the bathroom is a bit dated. Everything else was fine. The hotel staff were the warmest and friendliest I encountered during my entire trip to Jeju Island. Breakfast was also very extensive!"
"The room was spacious, simply and comfortably furnished, with a large living room and a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, induction hob, and cutlery. The balcony offered a beautiful view. Although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was delicious and tasty. The surrounding area was pleasant, with many orange groves, and it was very close to Sanbangsan Mountain and Yongmeori Coast. I'd love to stay longer next time I visit."
"I chose this place because it's close to Sanbangsan Canola Flower Field and Yongmeori Coast, and it was indeed close and great! I got to enjoy the mountain view from my room to the fullest. There's also a BBQ restaurant within walking distance of the accommodation. And in the morning, I had a hangover cure at the breakfast restaurant with a 50% discount (limited to March). The haejangguk (hangover soup) was really delicious, and I even made myself some fried eggs~ The owner was very kind ^^"
"Small room so not a lot of space for luggage and to spread out, but is very cozy. Everything was clean and they provide water bottles. You can get new ones from the office (B1) where there is also a water dispenser.
Late checkout is 10,000₩ per hour.
Staff is very friendly and easy to reach if you can make phone calls. If you don’t have a Korean phone number, Imm not sure, but check if employees are at B1.
Very calm neighborhood but had everything we needed for our 1 night stop as we were traveling the entire island. Close to the main road so easy access."
"Very modern no lobby type of hotel, but the check in was easy and every thing was as per describe!
The bathtub and the sea view was the major attraction for us to pick this room, and it not disappointed at all! The only minor down side is the mirror was not being clean due to strong wind, and the hotel communicated that on the lift brochure.
The bed was super comfy and my little one having a very good rest throughout the night, while we enjoy the bathtub!
Very recommended!"
"Cleanliness and location are very good.
A good spot for taking rapeseed photos is about 2-3 minutes drive away.
The facilities were hot because the boiler was not centrally heated or controlled.
The second floor has a shower but no toilet.
The second floor bedroom is unfortunate because there is no separate curtain on the window."
"This is a wonderful pension located in a quiet village in Sagyeri, with a view of Sanbangsan Mountain.
The well-heated, warm, and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay for two days. I'd love to stay here again on my next trip to Jeju."
"Had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this seaside hotel, and it’s easily one of those places I’d return to just to unwind. The location is absolutely beautiful—right by the sea, with a clear view of the sunrise each morning. Waking up to the soft light over the water was a highlight of the trip.
The room itself was designed for comfort and calm. The standout feature was definitely the huge bathtub placed by the window, allowing you to soak while enjoying the ocean view. It added a touch of luxury that made the stay feel extra special.
Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with a choice between Western or Korean options. While the selection wasn’t extensive, everything was well-prepared and flavorful, so it never felt lacking.
What truly made the experience memorable was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, warm, and very accommodating to requests, which made the whole stay feel easy and welcoming."
"Highly recommended. You get a direct, expansive view of the ocean. The room has a large bathtub, and it's wonderful to soak in the tub while looking out at the sea. It's super close to the beach, just a two-minute walk. However, this particular beach doesn't have sand."

Great
AAnonymous UserEven though it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned promptly. The public areas are also quite nice. The check-in staff speak Korean and Chinese, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff available to answer questions. However, nearby dining options are a bit far and require a walk. The restaurants next to Lotte aren't very good and are a bit overpriced. The bread and desserts in the lobby are also delicious; if you go too late, some items are already sold out by locals, and they're not overly sweet. The red bean and chocolate ones are great, but the cream and butter sticks are just average. Getting to the beach requires going downhill, and due to the location, most hotels nearby have the same situation where you have to go down and then climb back up. Overall, it's good. Aside from not providing disposable toiletries, it's pretty much on par with hotels in Sanya, and the room rates aren't inflated.
SSuzie W -文珍Hotel is quite nice! Restaurants downstairs are pretty good!
Almost a perfect stay till the last night (25 Apr) we went into the Jaju store at the basement, one of the lady shop assistant was the only rude person i have met in my whole jeju trip, she's showing a poker face, maybe because its almost closing time, we started to take clothes to fitting room, totally no clue even we tried our best to speak to her, she seems not able to understand English at all. Even when we were at cashier, she was still keeping her poker face poker, quite upset for this part 🥲
Other than that, hotel service and room equipment are pretty good, love it 👍🎉🎉🎉
GGuest UserFirst, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations.
Now, for the pros:
1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance).
2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes.
3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English.
4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious.
5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport.
Areas for improvement:
1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them).
2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.
GGuest UserThis is by far the best ocean-view hotel I've ever stayed in. In one word: amazing, in two words: perfect, in three words: absolutely unbeatable! You definitely get what you pay for, and it's totally worth it! The infinity pool and the incredible coastline perfectly capture the essence of this island 🏝️. It's such a chill vacation vibe!
MMary vacationPlace was good and we could park the car well. The parking garage manager was really kind. The hotel has 7 eleven downstairs and also a laundry room if you pay (the wasmachine is really big so you could drop all your clothes at the end of the stay). The only little problem is the room is a bit small. We had quit big suitcases so if you bring big suitcases, book a bigger room or be smart when packing. The location is really nice only 2 minutes from the market and so many food options around the hotel!
카카말아스가르I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.
사사곡사곡Had a quiet and relaxing stay. Although there were some water stains and hairs on the bathroom floor, it was good enough for a quiet and spacious rest. When I mentioned that the juice was spoiled at breakfast, the staff tasted it, then just walked away without a word and brought a new bottle of juice, telling me to pour it myself... No apology whatsoever. ^^;;
AAnonymous UserThe hygiene was surprisingly good, which was a pleasant surprise. There wasn't much in the way of service, but honestly, we didn't really need any. The breakfast restaurant staff spoke Chinese in the kitchen, and the breakfast itself was on par with, or perhaps even worse than, pre-made dishes you'd find in China. Definitely don't bother booking it.
GGuest UserA highly recommended hotel. Excellent location, clean rooms, laundry service available. Convenient to nearby attractions. 6 minutes from Olai Market. Staff speak good English. Good reading material. You can also take photos and check in at the Orange Cafe (close to the bus).
KKai Szetoroom was clean and spacious for 3 adults. if driving, free parking available and self check in/out through a machine at the carpark lobby. Bottles of water provided every day based on number of pax.
location is good, with a nearby local market with plenty of food. quite centralised, distance to hallim/ udo/ gapado are averaged 1hr drive away.
Downside: there was only small face towels in the room, no normal big size towels. Probably bring your own towels.
overall: will come back! good sea views
