"This hotel is suitable for couples. I went to check in late, but the staff served me. I'm happy with the good service. The room is clean. The pillow is very comfortable. In the trip, we took the Airport Limousine bus and got off at Hapjong Station, walking distance about 200 meters, not far, not dangerous, I like it, I will stay again when I go to South Korea. You can leave your luggage free of charge"

"The hotel is about 500-600 meters from Exit 2 of Subway Line 9. There are many convenience stores, an Olive Young, Paris Baguette, and local eateries nearby, which is very convenient. Public transportation is excellent, with buses running until 11 PM. Within a 2-kilometer radius, you'll also find a variety of dessert shops, bubble tea places, cafes, and fast-food restaurants. If you're looking to shop, Line 9 goes directly to the Gangnam Shopping Center area. Moreover, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything, right next to Mount Jeungmi. It's a great option for friends who enjoy morning runs or hiking. Just a small heads-up: the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, but you can easily buy them at the convenience store downstairs."

"Splurged a little on this product on our last day in Seoul and it’s totally worth it. Lynn, the employee who helped us with the check in is a total sweetheart. We had quite a hard time traveling with a child who’s physically challenged from another city and was worn out. Lynn not only helped us with an early check in, upgraded our room, and offered a baby cot to ease our convenience and comfort. She speaks good English, is always smiley and shows empathy when handling customers. The room condition is good, spacious considering its location in Seoul. Amenities wise not much can be provided due to the EHS policy (no one time use disposal items provided). Great location, close to the airport bus, subway, eateries and shopping district."

"Location: First time staying in Yeongdeungpo; it's a short walk from the airport limousine bus stop so that was convenient. There's a Starbucks and C U convenience store right outside the hotel. YDP station and Lotte Department Store are a short walk away, though I recommend taking a short bus ride to the Hyundai Department Store. It's also near the Yeouido Hangang Park. Room: Layout is a little strange as other reviewers have noted, and indeed there's very little space to open your suitcase. I placed mine at the wardrobe area, which meant it was a little difficult to access the clothes I hung up. I liked the two couches against the window. Toilet: The sink is the first thing you see when you enter the room. I didn't like how the shower and toilet shared a door, and there's no bidet for the toilet. Water pressure and temperature control for both the rain shower and handheld shower were good. Bed: Fairly comfy, however it was the first time I've ever experienced a creaky hotel bed. Miscellaneous: Might be a minor thing for most but the room slippers were a joke...the top part was literally paper and difficult to slip on and off because of the way the paper was folded. Fridge was small and not very cold but did its job. Lobby is small and only has one seating area, so it's not a place to chill or wait around long. Staff were friendly, and I was allowed to check in slightly earlier than 3pm. Checkout was fuss-free."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the left after exiting Hongik University Station Exit 1. Cross the street, and you're in the Hongdae shopping area, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and browsing. We arrived at the hotel late at night, and the reception staff were polite and attentive. They explained the hotel services and asked if we wanted to use the pool, also specially mentioning that there might be slight noise from nearby construction after 8 AM (though we didn't actually notice any). The room was well-equipped (you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste), the air conditioning worked great, and the space was sufficient. Our room was cleaned daily. It was a very pleasant experience and definitely worth recommending!"

"Let's start with the pros: 1. The hotel's location is excellent, right behind Shinsegae Department Store, and only about a 5-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping street. 2. There's a subway station downstairs, and the surrounding area offers plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. 3. The hotel's style leans more towards medieval Baroque. If you're not particularly fond of this somewhat quirky decor, I'd suggest reconsidering. However, for a unique travel experience, this hotel is definitely a plus. 4. There are three Michelin-starred restaurants right on the hotel's upper floors, making it very convenient for food lovers. Cons: No significant issues with the hotel. Worth staying, haha!"

"I really liked the work of the administrator, the guy, and the young female translator at the front desk. She was very clever and pleasant. And that's about it. It's also probably convenient that a mall and a currency exchange are nearby, but those are everywhere, so it's not really an issue. Honestly, this hotel doesn't deserve more than a 3-star rating. The rooms are messy, the cleaning is terrible. Everything is old and dilapidated. The view is mediocre. If you arrive late, there are no stores nearby, just one small grocery store around the corner. It's a residential area. For a claimed 5-star hotel, and being listed second among the best (which is what caught my attention before I booked), it absolutely doesn't live up to it! The washing machine in the room leaks, and there's no detergent. The bathrobe 'smelled' of sweat on our first day 🤢🤮. The furniture is scratched, there are no dishes, not even a knife. What a nightmare."

"Location: Hotel is located right in the heart of Hongdae so there are lots of shops and food options. It is within a couple of minutes walk from exit 9 of Hongik University train station. Airport limousine bus service 6002 also stops right across the street. Absolutely convenient though the convenience does come with the con of a noisy surrounding, especially on weekends Breakfast: Only has 2 choices of american or korean breakfast. Menu didn't change throughout the 4 days when we were there. Food is decent and not much to nitpick on for the price point"

"Family travel. Our room has two double beds, spacious enough for one adult one child each bed. Room itself was not big. The bathroom was out of proportion big (with a tub but no walk in shower so small kids would need help to get in and out). The location was prime for shopping. Check out time was 12pm, so morning shopping was possible as the nearby tourist stores were all.open by 10am on the Sunday we were there. It was a 10 to 15 easy, level walk to the famous abalone congee restaurants."
