PPearl6494Everything was great, I have no complaints, except that all the panel instructions were only in Korean, with no English explanations. This isn't the hotel's fault, but rather South Korea's cultural and political situation; even the outside world displayed in the elevators is entirely in Korean, completely disconnected from the rest of the world.

MmiumiuJust a 5-minute shuttle ride from the airport. It's new, very clean, and has that typical American hotel style at a reasonable price. I usually stay at Ibis when traveling to England and France, and their quality is always reliable. From now on, whenever I fly through Incheon, I'll be staying here.

Uuniverse96Attended DxS concert and stayed at Forest Tower for 4 nights. SUPERB location if you are just going for event at Inspire Arena and not planning to travel to other parts of Incheon. The shuttle bus service to and from Incheon airport came in handy.
Convenience stores are available so no much issue for food. Other food options are available as well during daytime. I love the view of my room. And the park nearby is relaxing for strolling around. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the subway station, but the subway exit directly in front of it was a bit hard to find the first time. The front desk staff were professional and spoke excellent English, even providing information in Chinese. The room was quite small but had all the necessary facilities. The hygiene was outstanding; I barely saw any dust. The hotel breakfast was decent, leaning towards Korean style. The meat dishes were a bit limited, but there was a good variety of staple foods (bread, Jajangmyeon, rice). There were many types of kimchi to choose from. The drinks were a bit plain, with only orange juice, hot soup, and hot coffee available.

KKelley niceThis hotel's location is fantastic, perfect for a layover if you have early morning or late night flights. It's just two subway stops from Incheon Airport to Unseo Station, and then a 10-minute walk from Exit 1. The rooms are great, well-equipped, clean, and even have a sauna. Plus, Unseo itself is very convenient now, with malls and restaurants right outside the station. It's ideal if you're not planning to go into the city center.

GGuest UserUpon check-in, each guest receives a small bottle of water or yakgwa. The hotel is conveniently located right next to an AREX subway station, making transportation a breeze. There are also two Olive Young stores and a small supermarket nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants, so dining and shopping are very convenient.
The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. The bus starts at 5 AM, departs on the hour, and takes just 15 minutes to reach Terminal 2, which is very handy. Our room was on the 10th floor and had a great view.

EEvgmiIt was a wonderful experience. I was booking accommodation to work. The WiFi and the room were great. I was a little lost when checking in, but the host helped me.
Location near the subway station, quiet area. There are many cafes around. It was a comfortable location for me, but it's little far from tourist attractions. But it's perfect just for life.
I'll definitely stop here again.

GGuest UserI chose a room on the 16th floor with a skylight, thinking it would be quiet, but it actually faced a major road. At night, I could hear cars revving their engines – pretty scary, and I didn't sleep well.
The facilities are old. At night, there was a humming sound from the fridge and inexplicable creaking from the floor-to-ceiling window.
The cleanliness was mediocre; there was a short hair on the pillow.
You don't need to bring a universal adapter.
The location is indeed a bit remote; it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest Olive Young.
When I checked out, I forgot my pink towel in the room. It was clearly not a disposable one, but the hotel said they couldn't find it after I asked twice. Oh well.

뮬뮬The view of Incheon Bridge was only partial, but it was still nice. I was overall satisfied with the amenities and the room interior! I stayed for two nights on business and it was just right.

GGuest UserThe location was excellent and very convenient. I especially appreciated having a convenience store inside the hotel which made everything so easy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me with every request. The airport shuttle was another major plus and made travel seamless. I also ordered the American breakfast through room service, and it was quite good.
The only concern I noticed was that the bedsheets and towels had a strong cologne scent, which was a bit overwhelming.
