"The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had great service. What I loved most was how close it was to everything. I also really enjoyed the nearby Artforest — a place filled with different cultures and foods from around the world. It made the whole experience even more special."
"I recently stayed at Orakai Songdo Park Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. First of all, I would like to highlight the excellent location of the hotel — it is close to the beautiful Central Park, with convenient access to public transport, as well as many cafés and shops within walking distance. The area is modern, quiet, and very pleasant for walking.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and good soundproofing — it was truly easy to relax and rest. The view from the window over the city and the park made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were polite and professional, and all requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. I would also like to mention the breakfast — quite varied, with a good selection of fresh and tasty food. I also appreciated the availability of a swimming pool and other leisure facilities. Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression. It is a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Incheon, and I would be happy to return again."
"It was an amazing and well maintained property with lots of things to do around. We could also easily travel to Seoul through the nearby metro station. There were three convenience stores just below the property itself which made things easier for the family"
"The location is far from the train station, need walk 10mins. There are many restaurants around the hotel and convenience stores.
They use self check in ,easy to handle .check out as well .
The room is brighter and clean ,there is a little dust and the washroom got a little dirty but is fine ."
"The extended stay apartment is ridiculously far from Central Seoul! Then again I was trying to be cheap because everything in central Seoul was expensive due to the fact the past weekend was the BTS concert which made prices of accommodation surge! However, the room was spacious for one person, the bathroom was clean, all basic amenities provided. Downstairs had convenience store, 24 hr coffee place so perfect to get a late night feed if you are hungry! But unless u are willing to pay for relatively expensive taxi rides into the city, better to stay closer! Otherwise subway can take up to 1.5-2 hrs one way to get to central tourist locations in Seoul! However, cherry blossoms were blooming in the area so it was a great to see some late blooms too! Check in is tricky at first, make sure taxi drops you off at the street given to you and then you need to walk through a shopping centre, go up 2 escalators, and then turn right to get into the lobby which is on 3rd Floor not Ground Floor."
"Easy to access, many local restaurants around the premise.
It's quiet around the area, and convenient to get around.
The room was clean with basic amenities.
Good for long-term stay and/or family staying here with washing machine, small kitchen + pretty big refrigerator.
Quite nice place to stay for a business traveller like me. I recommend this place."
"The location is great, right in the city center and next to a subway station, making getting around very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby and it's close to the outlet mall. However, besides the good location, there's nothing particularly outstanding about it. My client recommended this hotel for my business trip, and even locals complain that this Holiday Inn is just average. What's more, they don't provide disposable toiletries, and the front desk doesn't even bother to ask. I only found out there were no disposable items after returning to my room, and had to call the front desk to get them. 😂😂😂"
"Overall, the hotel lives up to its 'Premier' name. I really liked the decor and the room itself – it was incredibly spacious and very clean. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making check-in a breeze. However, the breakfast was quite mediocre, really more like what you'd expect from an apartment building, which felt unnecessary. Also, a heads-up about check-in times: for some reason, certain bookings had a 6 PM check-in, which was a first for me."
"It’s a 2-star motel that deserves the price. Just hope C-trip re-consider the stars on its page. The facilities are old and dirty, so I fled after one night and booked another hotel. I am grateful that they let me change the leaving date. The staff are very nice and polite. Location is really good though, close to the airport, the landing memorial hall and Hyandai Premium Outlet. So, a budget choice if you have a short-stay and don’t might the room condition."

GGuest UserWow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.
The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.
We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and casino!
MMaggiehuoI had an early morning flight from Incheon Airport, so I booked a night at a nearby hotel. The facilities were very new, and I even tried my luck at the casino – everyone there was so good-looking! Getting to the airport the next day was super convenient, as it's very close by.
AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying here for a layover at Incheon Airport. It's only two subway stops away from the airport. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, though a bit on the small side. It had a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, which made things very convenient. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants and snack bars, so there's plenty of choice.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean. Bedding, towels, and bath rope are like new. The bed is huge, mattress is firm. Shower was one of the best. The shower itself is spacious. Water is very hot and with good pressure. One good design is shower, toilet and sink are separated by glass doors. People can get ready at the same time. There are lots of restaurants in the area just downstairs. If you really have to pick something, people are singing on the street pass midnight on Friday night. But it didn't bother me at all.
AAnonymous UserAs the name says, it's a 5-star luxury resort. Resort and room amenities were all maintained nicely, including the gym and indoor pool. We were given a free room upgrade which has definitely elevated our experience.Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The new shuttle bus service that stops at Hongdae and Myeongdong made transport that so much more convenient. It was my third time at Inspire and this time round I had reached there without any inconveniences. The entire resort is very big so wayfinding can be quite confusing but there are many staff around to assist! Due to a government policy, they do not provide disposable items like dental kits. I will want to stay there again.
PPeterJAshtonI had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access.
I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage.
Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store.
While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future.
GGuest UserOverall, it’s a comfortable stay. Clean room, near to the metro station, friendly hotel employees and free amenities and tea at the lobby for you to take what you need. It’s really a good experience if you want to explore out of Seoul. Although it’s near a metro with escalators, it is far if you want to visit Seoul, Myeongdong area as taking metro to these places can take about 1 hour plus. But if you want a non-touristy place, do check out this hotel. In fact, the hotel has lots of local restaurants, cafes and olive young for you to shop and wonder.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Unseo Station. On the way, you'll find Olive Young and Photoism, and there are CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven convenience stores within a minute's walk. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and everything is very clean. They even provide a hair straightener, which is a nice touch – just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The remote control is great; you can control the AC, lights, and TV all with one click! Getting to APF is easy too, just a bus ride away. They do lend out universal adapters at the front desk if you forget to bring your own.
GGuest UserNice room with nice sea view! 3 mins walk to bus stop to take bus to the city. Only the water pressure in the shower room wasn't strong enough. Overall, very nice stay.
KKCHENThe hotel is great, surrounded by restaurants, very new, and affordable. It's perfect for a layover, just a 20-minute taxi ride away. I'll definitely stay here again if I have another layover in Incheon. The self check-in and check-out process is simple and efficient. The 24-hour bar on the 13th floor is also a nice touch.
