CCindyTsangThe location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location!
The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers.
Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it.
In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time.

GGuest UserOverall, it was good. Everything was clean. The only thing that annoyed us was the housekeeping staff coming three times in the morning at 9 AM, 10 AM, and 11 AM. It was a nightmare after our king birthday party

GGuest User1. Excellent location, 500 meters from The Hague Railway Station, supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, bars downstairs. Next to the City Hall and Opera House.
2. The room facilities are simple and hygienic. I saw many dogs coming in and out (but I couldn't smell the dog smell). There were no toiletries, slippers, kettles, teacups, or drinking water. You can go to the restaurant bar on the first floor, where there is a water machine where you can get some for free. The service attitude is not bad.
3. Breakfast is basically bread, salad, eggs, pancakes, cakes, coffee, milk, juice, and yogurt. You can eat enough.
4. There is a tram track at the entrance of the hotel. Those who need to sleep should pay attention in advance.

GGuest UserRooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and casinos nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)

GGuest UserMy first time at the hotel was great. The second time, towels had a smell of some dog. After a shower, I also had a smell of that dog. When you go to shower you don't think about sniffing the towels, and then after shower you have no choice rather than just use what you have. Funny on one side, disgusting on the other. I understand that some guests can use towels to wipe their dogs, which is I think disrespectful to other guests, I would never do that, however hotel housekeeping stuff could notice this smell, and simply place normal ones. For some reason, they didn't do that.
Just an advice: smell towels in the hotels BEFORE you go to shower! Somewhat disappointed.

QQI ANStaff are super polite and helpful. The interior design of the room is really gorgeous, and the bed is so comfy!
The location is super convenient too, surrounded by shopping malls and many restaurants. There's a cinema nearby too~

GGuest UserDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

VVelia SaragihWe had a wonderful stay at Plaza Premium Den Haag as a family with one child. The room was incredibly convenient and well equipped with both a microwave and a refrigerator perfect for a comfortable and easy family trip.
The breakfast was fantastic. Everything you need is there, with plenty of delicious options to start the day right.
The staff were warm, friendly, and truly welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Overall, Plaza Premium Den Haag is an excellent choice for families great service, practical amenities, and a really pleasant atmosphere. We would happily stay here again!

GGuest UserThe amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood

Room was very dark. Free carpark is awesome, however really dark too.
