"I had a pretty disappointing stay at iHotel BGC. The shower head in my original room was broken, so I reported it and was transferred to another room. I appreciate that they responded quickly, but unfortunately, the new room had its own problem—the shower drain was clogged. On top of that, the air conditioner was quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep."

If you prioritize location, room practicality, and travel efficiency, staying here will be very hassle-free. 🏊 Pool The hotel has an outdoor pool on the 2nd floor, open daily from 06:00 to 20:00. The ambiance is especially pleasant after the lights come on in the evening. After a tiring day exploring High Street, you can return to the hotel, change into your swimwear, and relax in the pool for a while, adding a touch of a vacation feel to your city trip."

"I had such a wonderful staycation! The staff were warm and accommodating, and everything about my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast—it had a great selection, tasted delicious, and was definitely bang for the buck. The location couldn’t have been better since it’s right beside SM Aura, making it super convenient to explore, shop, and dine. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back. "It’s very spacious and perfect for group staycations. Location is also perfect. The only issue we had is airconditioning which is not at its best. There’s a limit to 20 degrees to prevent leakage but it proved to be very hot since the windows are floor to ceiling glass. Aside from that, overall still a great stay"

"We had a 10 hr layover in manila and i wanted to explore BGC. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from BGC and uptown mall. The checkin was seamless, room was clean, fully air conditioned and afordable for a short stay. We had to leave for the airport in the morning, and the reception staff was kind enough to assist in booking our grab. Thank you for your hospitality MyStay BGC North. "I extended my stay for many days over the May Day holiday. I always come to this hotel whenever I'm in the Philippines. It's quite close to the airport, and most importantly, it's clean. The bed isn't saggy either. However, being close to the road, there's constant noise from tricycles and cars all day long. The Wi-Fi needs significant improvement; it frequently disconnects, and the signal coverage is definitely inadequate!"
