"This hotel is in a very good location. It is very accessible because the train station is just outside of the hotel. Regarding the service, I'm very impressed with the staff especially Heverson, one of the Managers. He assusted us in our stay whe in Lisbon. Carlos and Junior are very helpful too. Next time we come back in Lisbon, I'll definitely stay in this hotel. Kudos to the staffs."

"The hotel's location is pretty good, making it easy to get to all the attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was a bit small, and the facilities were just average. It's a bit noisy since it's close to the road, but the public transport is quite convenient. Overall, it's just decent."

"The hotel us just right in front of the Olaias Metro Station. It is very convenience to travel from the Airport and in town. It is very fast by the Metro. The room is in good size for traveling and visiting. The breakfast is good and enough for us with good coffee. Things are well attended。 If we found the air conditioner was not working properly, the night receptionist will come to our room immediately to help us. When we checked in the receptionist is not very presented, she said you have booked city view room, the room is like that. When.we went in the first room it was on the 6th.floor, there was no view at all. I then returned to request changing room, the a room on 11th floor was given. She said if you want to change for higher floor, you have to said to my manager, she is off today. So the next morning, I asked the manager, she was so helpful and immediately gave me a room on higher floor to get rid of the two sided walls. To what I believe us that if the young receptionist presented in a more friendly way, and offer her services to request her manager rather than asking the customer to approach her manager directly. So far we are happy with our stay and hopefully the hotel could improve the customer services with the young lady receptionist."

"The room is modern design and very clean. It is closed to the metro station with around few minutes walk. I recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is ideally located, just a three-minute walk from a metro station and twenty minutes from the city center. The welcome we received was particularly outstanding: although we arrived early, we were able to check into our room two hours ahead of schedule, which is a rare and much-appreciated perk. The staff, especially the French-speaking receptionist on our first day, was very helpful in explaining how the public transport system works. While the rooms might seem a bit small, they are perfectly adequate and represent the only minor drawback in an otherwise ideal stay in every respect."

"Looking at the pictures, I thought this was in a suburban area, as a small garden like this doesn't seem like something you'd find in Lisbon's old town. But surprisingly, there are still spaces like this even on the upper floors of old town apartment buildings. The owner is very thoughtful, and it felt like very Chinese-style service. The English-speaking front desk service was excellent, and since it was Halloween, there were candies on the bar, plus free lemonade! However, the biggest issue is that there's no elevator to the fourth floor, and I nearly collapsed dragging my large suitcase before getting through the door. Thankfully, the room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the space wasn't as small as other apartments. It was very cozy, and there are many fantastic little shops nearby, with food and atmosphere that are just as good as Michelin-starred places! Loved it."

"The hotel was clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate. The service was excellent and very friendly. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive, but it offered a good selection of bread, fruit, eggs, bacon, and vegetables. There were plenty of sweet pastries. The coffee, however, left a little to be desired. On the plus side, the juices were good, and the breakfast service was also very friendly, which was a definite plus. I would recommend it."

"Lovely boutique hotel not too far from Lisbon tourist sights. Walking into the city centre takes about 20-25 minutes on a lovely walk and on the way back, there’s a short uphill just before you reach the hotel. Room was clean and staff were all friendly and there’s coffee machine and water provided in room. Water can be refilled if you go to the reception or kitchen staff to refill the filtered water any time every day as the reception is manned 24/7. Our favourite part about this hotel was the breakfast. It’s not buffet style but there’s freshly made eggs which they cook to your preference. You can choose your juice and have it refilled too. The bread is made fresh in house and it’s delicious with yoghurt and fruits provided all in a tray."

"Enjoyed my stay here. The place is clean and the staff friendly. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The bus stops right outside the hotel but it’s quite a walk to the nearest metro station. A small fridge would have been handy but I notice these are not common in Portugal. The lift is unusual but functional. Perhaps a real cup for making hot drinks would be preferable to the paper one provided. Overall, a positive experience and good value in Lisbon."

"This hotel offers great value for the price. The location is good, a bit outside the city center but only a 30-minute walk away. Parking in the surrounding area is paid (from 9 am to 7 pm) and limited to two hours, but it's free on Saturdays and Sundays. The service, however, leaves a bit to be desired; one day we didn't get any towels, and another day we only received one. We also had to struggle with the room's air conditioning, as it was centrally controlled and made the room very cold. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite clean."
