"I stayed at this hotel to go to the Evil Live festival at Restelo Stadium. It's in a great location, and the breakfast was also very good. They offer the famous Pasteis de Belém (Belém Pastries) for breakfast. The facilities are always clean, and the beds are super comfortable. For those who want to visit the Jerónimos Monastery, the hotel is right across the street. I recommend it!"

"The location is very good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the most famous PASTEIS DE BELEM Pulu store. There are also many delicious things nearby. Even if you take a taxi to go out to other areas, it is very cheap. The manager and the person in charge of the homestay who received us were also very warm and courteous The accommodation was very clean and beautiful We stayed very comfortable for three days and slept well Extremely recommend this accommodation"

"Was staying at the hotel for 3 nights over the business trip. Location was super convenient and close to the office. And it gave a great opportunity to unwind after a stressful day. Was very surprised by the toilets on the top floor.. see the photo. The area is well kept. The views are spectacular. Highly recommend"

"The rooms should have better soundproof windows, as you can hear a lot of the noise from the surrounding roads. This, for me, is the only drawback of the hotel, because the location, facilities, and service are all good points."

"I have always used Ibis Alfragide anytime we go to Portugal, sadly this time was last one on this premises. Or choice for Alfragide was always due to the best accommodation around any Ibis I know, sadly yesterday was our weeding day and coming from Alcacer do Sal towards Lisbon we’ve chose Alfragide over Setúbal for the reasons above. We checking in on our way to our diner party ( around 9pm) as we didn’t want to leave it till late hours in the next morning. We’re given the room 101 ( a disabled assisted room) despite none of us not been disabled and not asked for one.  Bed frame is really outdated , cracking at the slightest move, could seat on loo properly to to the assistance bars on it we had even a shower assisted chair in it.  Therefore we wouldn’t ever be using IBIS again. The only reason I can find for this to happen is the room been booked through Trip.com ( way in advance) instead of using my ‘frequent user’ card. Lesson learned."

"This is an older generation hotel, but it has been somewhat refreshed. On the plus side, the service was very pleasant. The restaurant is quite nice with a decent breakfast. Parking is easy right outside the hotel. There's good access from the hotel to Lisbon. Almada itself has its charm, so it's worth checking out the old town for dinner and catching the sunset with a view of Lisbon. On the downside, the rooms aren't very big and lack balconies, and the decor is quite average. With the windows open, there's quite a bit of noise from the expressway, which is visible from the rooms."

"The service in a five-star hotel is different. The staff are very enthusiastic. When I checked in, they offered me water to drink, and someone took me to the room and introduced the room facilities to me. When I first entered the room, I thought it was another mirror facing the bed, but it was actually a wall-mounted TV! The room is very large and comfortable to live in. There is a coffee machine, but I didn't find a kettle. There is salmon in the buffet, so families who like seafood should go for it! When I checked out, there was a beautiful lady at the front desk with a good temperament. I was waiting in line. When she saw me, she smiled at me, and my mood improved for the whole day... It gives people a very good feeling and impression, worthy of being a five-star hotel!"

"Very cool, trendy hotel, situated in a very central location. All of the decor and atmosphere was very well thought out and unique. Each floor had a coffee machine with pods of coffee readily available which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. Just note, when we were there, there was some construction going on either nearby or in the building that started around 8am each day. We were already up at that time so it wasn't a huge issue but if you plan on sleeping in it may be disruptive."
