"It's a good hotel, true to its standard. The rooms are clean and tidy. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are available. The bathrooms and showers are clean and fully equipped. The downside is the Bucharest Expo site nearby. If there's a concert on, you can hear it even in rooms on the 9th floor. The only good thing is that the concerts don't finish until 11 PM. Near the hotel, there's a park where you can stroll, and a Hard Rock café with a great atmosphere and good food!"

"The hotel breakfast was delicious and the dinner was very standard. Better than the restaurant outside the street. Hotel room hygiene. But there are music parties on the periphery for two days. There is still a lot of music at about 12 o'clock in the evening. I can't sleep at noon."

"The hotel certainly have some history but everything is so well maintained and cleaned, the room looks just like the photos they show. You need your card to press the lift and get in the floor hallway, which adds an extra layer of security. The hallway has a pleasant smell. The staff are very welcoming and willing to answer questions. The station is near underground metro and numerous bus stations, you can find public transports to most tourist sites. It was a pleasant stay and to get this experience for such affordable price I would say I definitely under-paid."

"A lovely relaxing get away ,was travelling with family location was great check-in was smooth. was greeted my staff, lobby and public areas was so clean we also had complimentary breakfast was also included which was a bonus for me would definitely go back again."

"The hotel is located close to the metro and the bus stop to the airport. Sights are also close. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, ducted air conditioner. There is an ATM in the hotel lobby. Breakfasts in the Chinese restaurant. Breakfast buffet: omelette, bacon, cheese and cold meats, muesli, croissants. The window in the room does not open."

"There is a gap in the water separation in the bathroom, which makes the bathroom floor still wet. The refrigerator in the room is not plugged in, and the socket is very deep and not easy to use Others are good, breakfast service is very thoughtful, will help to send drinks"

"Stayed for 3 nights in early September 2025. The hotel is located near the old town which is very convenient for sightseeing, as most of the places are within walking distance. It is refurbished from an old bank and retains the charm of the former building including a nice lobby which was previously the banking hall. They also have a vault with a bar within. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities including a safebox. They have USB charger built in as well. Wifi was fast. The hotel also does have a swimming pool in the basement with wet and dry sauna facilities. The old town is right behind the hotel. Staff were professional and I managed to have slightly early check in thanks to a trainee lady (I did not catch the name) who took time to helped look for available room."

"The photos are fake, there is no beauty in the picture, the hotel has only one small elevator and the queue for going up and down the stairs is 10 minutes, which is also funny"

"Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours. Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall. Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning. Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location."
