Very beautiful, because the roof is high, the space is very large.
The bathroom is particularly comfortable to use.
The bathrobes and slippers are very comfortable.
There is a small refrigerator and oven.
But I don't know and I didn't ask how many rooms,
Maybe one, maybe somewhere else.
Not a hotel with many rooms in the traditional sense.
We booked in advance and stayed for 3 days.
They can stay at 2 pm,
If you arrive early and you can't find anyone,
You can add the administrator's WeChat or whatsapp on the door.
They came back to pick you up, about 100 meters away,
There is their cafe to wait.
If you need to clean, you can inform WeChat in advance.
Otherwise they wouldn't come in and clean it without telling you,
I love this .
The overall feeling is very good 👍🏻

GGuest UserI was a little worried it would be too small online because it only had 10 seats, but I chose this hotel because I wanted a newly renovated one and convenience. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door; it wasn't small at all. The wardrobe and toilet were well-designed, and there was a reasonably sized refrigerator. The window was a whole wall with a long wooden sill, making it feel spacious and bright. The downstairs café offers free coffee, several types of tea, cookies, and candy except for breakfast. It was a great place to relax before dinner after walking around. The ladies at the front desk, although their English wasn't perfect, were very helpful and assisted me with everything. The only downside might be a bit inconvenient for some people, as it involves climbing about 20 steps, but there's a luggage conveyor belt next to the stairs, so it shouldn't be a problem for most people.

TTony-deazadI had been hesitating before booking this hotel because of the advertised 60 square meters and because I really couldn't find a suitable hotel and wanted to give it a try. The result turned out to be pretty good. The hotel is not facing the street, but the entrance is in a small alley. Room 2 Room with one bathroom, not bad!

Удобное расположение в центре города позволяет быстро ознакомиться с основными достопримечательностями города! Сам аппарт-отель оснащен всем необходимым: чистая и новая мебель, все необходимые для комфортного пребывания бытовые приборы! Вежливый Администратор в любое время суток на связи , все пожелания и просьбы выполняются быстро и точно! Однозначно могу порекомендовать этот аппарт-отель родным и знакомым!

GGuest UserA terrible hotel, I'll explain why. Firstly, why five stars? A shabby room, old furniture, and amenities provided per person, even though a family was staying there. Breakfast is always included at a 5 star hotel, but here you've gone for a trick. Don't want to get it a little cheaper? Breakfast itself is 3,000 rubles per person, which is crazy. You could have dinner in a decent restaurant for that amount. The only thing is the location, but then again, you'll have to walk about 15 minutes to the embankment. There are no coffee shops nearby, mind you.

Feels like paradise, everything made with taste and care, every detail is so accurate so I give my respect to the owner. Check-in was easy and comfortable, convinience shop on the same building, beach in 3 min walk, friendly staff. 101% recommended

GGuest UserДизайн здесь полностью попал точно в мой вкус — отделка имеет яркую уникальную изюминку, а цветовая гамма подобрана невероятно благородно и стильно. Матрас просто суперудобный, стоит только прилечь, и вообще не хочется вставать. Система вентиляции в санузле работает на отлично, абсолютно нет никаких посторонних запахов. Только что спустилась вниз и оформила выезд, всё прошло максимально гладко, без малейших проволочек и заморочек.
