"Excellent hotel in the heart of Chaweng! The location is super convenient – Central Festival, shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach are all nearby. For the price, it's one of the best options on Samui. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. A big bonus is being able to use the secure parking at Central Festival, which is really handy if you're traveling by car or scooter. There's a good co-working space for getting work done, an on-site cafe, and a swimming pool. The vibe is modern and youthful. The only downside I can mention is the absence of a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, which even more budget-friendly hotels usually provide. Otherwise, everything is great. Excellent value for money, quality, and location. I would gladly stay here again!"

"This hotel/resort was truly amazing. The view is unbeatable and the pool is amazing. You also get beach access (2min walk) and is a quite beach. You are around 15-18 minutes away from chewang area which makes it a perfect balance if you are looking for peace but also don’t want to be super far from the main things in the island. The room itself was amazing. We had an awesome sea view and the bed was nice. For the price, it was a reasonable room size and great amenities. The breakfast is the one thing I would say it’s less enjoyable. It was normal, nothing wow. The staff were nice and always willing to help with a big smile."

"The room was clean and tidy, and there's a swimming pool downstairs. It's about a 300-meter walk to the beach, and you'll pass a 7-Eleven-like convenience store on the way. Head north and you'll find a lively street with a night market in the evenings. For Koh Samui, this hotel offers incredible value for money."

"The hotel is clean, despite of its old-fashioned look. The room is comfortable (but outside noise comes in easily). The only downside is I gotthe room on building 3 and there's no lift in the building and my room was on the 4th fl. So I needed to carry my luggage up all the way by myself. If you would like to book and have big luggages, you may need to reconsider (or request for the lower floor.) I'm not sure whether there is a lift available in its other buildings."

"The room was fantastic — big, clean, with a good interior and great materials. However, the bathroom does not separate the wet and dry zones. There is a big bathtub attached to the toilet. You have to shower in the bathtub and everything gets wet The hotel seems to be short-staffed, which affects the overall service quality. The staff seemed too tired, which is why they were not very friendly. there was a lack of coordination between the breakfast area and the front desk staff. The parking area was quite limited and narrow Even though I requested special needs through the Trip App. I did not receive them."

"This place has it all: accommodation, a cafe, and a bar. It's right on the beach with a great atmosphere and beautiful views of the boats docked nearby. Planes fly by constantly, which is cool. The staff are attentive, and the air conditioning is super cold! In the morning, a cute cat even comes out to greet guests."

"The staff were friendly, they explained things very clear, the location is also good which isnot in a crowded area, a few minutes walk from main road and have more privacy and big parking space. Breakfast was decent, there’s Super Cheap supermarket at the back of the hotel, easy to get drinks and chips and other stuff from there."

"The hotel's location was great. Shops, cafes, and Central Samui shopping mall are all within easy walking distance. However, the rooms are in need of an update, especially the bathroom facilities. We stayed in two adjacent rooms, and in one of them, the water was only lukewarm. Currently (in August), this particular spot on Chaweng Beach experiences a very noticeable low tide. You can walk about 150-200 meters to the right for deeper water."

"We had a wonderful stay at Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa and are leaving with a very positive impression. This is a 3-star hotel, so it’s not luxury or ultra-modern, and some parts feel a bit dated—but everything is kept in absolutely spotless condition. The cleanliness really stands out. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bedsheets were fresh and perfectly maintained. What truly makes this place special is the service. The staff are incredible—friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond. The level of care and attention we received was honestly exceptional and rare to find. The location is perfect—right on a beautiful beach and in the center of Chaweng, which makes everything very convenient. We didn’t try the hotel food as we keep kosher and only had fruits, so we can’t comment on that. Also worth mentioning: there’s no real need to pay extra for higher-category rooms. The basic rooms in the main building are spacious, comfortable, and offer everything you need. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Amazing beach, outstanding service, and exceptional cleanliness. Highly recommended!"
