"Good location hotel, not many car parking spaces compared with other hotels, but sufficient for a couple of nights. Thr room was clean equipped with a fridge & tea supplies. Although I stayed just only one night, I'd like to stay here again on my next trip."

"This was an excellent stay with great value for money. The front desk staff were very nice. It's a rather large hotel, and they arranged a car to take us directly to our room. The driver also helped us with our luggage all the way to the room. They have a complimentary songthaew shuttle service that runs on a fixed schedule. We happened to catch one to Nimman Road right after checking in. Getting a taxi back to the hotel from Nimman Road was convenient. Taking other routes might be difficult as the hotel is located near a military-restricted area. We booked a twin room, which was incredibly spacious. However, perhaps because it's not frequently booked, there was a faint musty smell when we first entered, likely from not being occupied for a while. The room had a sofa, coffee table, desk, and a kitchen. The changing area was conveniently located next to the bathroom. We booked their airport transfer service, which was a huge relief! We also ordered dinner from the hotel one evening, and the food was quite good. As a transit hotel, the airport pick-up and drop-off service is fantastic and highly recommended!"

"Free drinking water both hot and cold, free simple bread for breakfast, simple drink like coffee and milo, free biscuits, basic facilities, bath gel, shampoo, cotton bud, shower cap, bidet, hair dryer no provide toothbrush and toothpaste overall is basic and good, cheap, worth value, near to airport and motorcycle rental shop, near to lotus and 7e, near to ptt petrol station"

"Thanks to this small, budget-friendly resort with a pool. The staff are quick to provide towels when you go for a swim, which is a great touch! 👍 Don't miss the Malatang (Sichuan hot pot skewers) right outside the entrance – unexpectedly authentic Chongqing flavor! 😂👍 Just a two-minute walk to the university's back gate night market, which was a daily source of happiness returning to the hotel. A big thank you to all the staff for preparing our honeymoon room with rose petals and swan towels – it was such a delightful surprise!"

"I absolutely love this hotel, it's rare for me to give a full 5-star rating. The hotel's decor and details are incredibly thoughtful, and the room is spotless. The service goes above and beyond, surprising guests in many ways, especially with the complimentary food and drinks. The location is superb, right outside One Nimman, truly offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle."

"The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and a convenient location, with warm and attentive service, making it perfect for exploring the ancient city and its surroundings. The room facilities are well-maintained and feature charming local characteristics, which I personally loved. Special mention goes to the bedding – it was incredibly clean and comfortable, leading to an excellent night's sleep. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is located inside the ancient city, is street-facing, and the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Those who require a very quiet sleeping environment might want to consider this carefully. Also, the hotel offers a souvenir for leaving a review, but this promotion is only for Google Maps and doesn't include platforms like Ctrip, which is a bit disappointing."

"The location is superb, right next to Nimman One and across from Maya mall, making it incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. There's a restaurant called Nara on the ground floor with a great ambiance and delicious food, though it felt a bit pricey at 1000 RMB for a family of four. The hotel breakfast was fantastic. We stayed at Shangri-La for 5 days before coming here, and the eggs Benedict at this hotel were absolutely delicious. While the variety wasn't as extensive as Shangri-La, it felt very refined and certainly didn't fall short in quality compared to Shangri-La's breakfast. There's also a small pool on the rooftop. On our second night, we found a small gecko in the shower, but the hotel staff quickly handled it. Luckily, we're not afraid of geckos! There are many bars nearby. On the day we visited, Nimman One had a live band playing, which felt like it went on until around 1 AM. We could hear it quite clearly in our room. The hotel does provide earplugs, which would help a lot. Normally, I'm quite sensitive to noise and get annoyed and can't sleep if it's loud. But perhaps because I was on vacation and didn't have to work the next day, even with the thumping music outside, I didn't feel bothered. The band was actually quite good. The only minor complaint is that for the room type I booked, the air conditioning seemed to blow directly onto the bed. The next morning, my neck and upper back felt stiff and sore, like I'd caught a chill, although my husband was fine. The bay window is very large, and since we had two young children, each could comfortably sleep on one end. The hotel thoughtfully provided bedding for them. On our last day, we had an early flight at 6 AM and couldn't make it for breakfast, but the hotel prepared a very generous breakfast box for us, which was much appreciated."

"We rented a car from the car rental next to the hotel – it's Google-rated 4.9, so pretty reliable! The hotel room was quite spacious, though it didn't have a balcony, haha. Nearby, there are a few Michelin-recommended restaurants and some boat noodle stalls that are popular with locals! There's also a famous boxing gym close by, perfect for athletes. It's very close to Nimman Road and also quite near the Old City! I specifically booked a hotel outside the Old City to experience something different. The breakfast at a nearby cafe was good, and the coffee was nice too. Just follow Google Maps for food recommendations, you can't go wrong!"

"Booked the Sere White Double Room, and overall, we had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a mountain view—although the view was only partially visible because of the surrounding buildings 😅 The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast in the morning was also really good, with a nice variety of options. The location is another plus, as it’s conveniently close to the Nimman area. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option if you want to stay near Nimman! Forgot to take pictures of room 🥲"

"Overall, very good! The soundproofing in the room is excellent; even though it's in an entertainment district, the music doesn't filter in. The bed is soft, and the room is spacious and clean. My only minor gripes are that the bedroom curtains should be thicker to block out more light in the morning, as the sunlight woke me up. Also, the breakfast could offer more variety for the price. I'd give it an 8/10."
