"I previously stayed here from February 20-22 and had a wonderful experience, but this time I was quite disappointed. The room was not cleaned properly. Upon entering, I noticed dark spots on the floor throughout my room. I booked two rooms, one for my sister, and we encountered the same issue. Additionally, both of our rooms had blood stains on the mattresses. Since we were only staying for one night and it was late, we didn’t report it and had to force ourselves to sleep in those conditions. Furthermore, we received an accessible bathroom, which was not what I expected; my previous stay had been different."

"Booked the Sere White Double Room, and overall, we had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a mountain view—although the view was only partially visible because of the surrounding buildings 😅 The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast in the morning was also really good, with a nice variety of options. The location is another plus, as it’s conveniently close to the Nimman area. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option if you want to stay near Nimman! Forgot to take pictures of room 🥲"

"Overall, very good! The soundproofing in the room is excellent; even though it's in an entertainment district, the music doesn't filter in. The bed is soft, and the room is spacious and clean. My only minor gripes are that the bedroom curtains should be thicker to block out more light in the morning, as the sunlight woke me up. Also, the breakfast could offer more variety for the price. I'd give it an 8/10."

"The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and a convenient location, with warm and attentive service, making it perfect for exploring the ancient city and its surroundings. The room facilities are well-maintained and feature charming local characteristics, which I personally loved. Special mention goes to the bedding – it was incredibly clean and comfortable, leading to an excellent night's sleep. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is located inside the ancient city, is street-facing, and the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Those who require a very quiet sleeping environment might want to consider this carefully. Also, the hotel offers a souvenir for leaving a review, but this promotion is only for Google Maps and doesn't include platforms like Ctrip, which is a bit disappointing."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Nimman area. There are many restaurants, cafes, and a 7-Eleven just a 3-minute walk away. The room is beautiful and spacious, with a full-length mirror which I really liked. A special shout-out to how comfortable the mattress and pillows were! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The only significant drawback was the poor drainage in the shower area. Basically, as soon as I started washing my hair and showering, the water would flood out. Luckily, the room I booked had a bathtub, so I could shower in there. I hope the hotel can address this, and then it would be a perfect stay."

"Love the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Staff are great at their prompt service with friendly manners. The breakfast is excellent compared to the same level of hotel. The rooftop bar is cozy and good for small group sipping. The most important for me is the room., great space & cozying with super convenient. The lobby is also serve snack & drinks at all time. The location is perfect for those who love street shopping, near One Nimman mall & MAYA."

"The location is superb, right next to Nimman One and across from Maya mall, making it incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. There's a restaurant called Nara on the ground floor with a great ambiance and delicious food, though it felt a bit pricey at 1000 RMB for a family of four. The hotel breakfast was fantastic. We stayed at Shangri-La for 5 days before coming here, and the eggs Benedict at this hotel were absolutely delicious. While the variety wasn't as extensive as Shangri-La, it felt very refined and certainly didn't fall short in quality compared to Shangri-La's breakfast. There's also a small pool on the rooftop. On our second night, we found a small gecko in the shower, but the hotel staff quickly handled it. Luckily, we're not afraid of geckos! There are many bars nearby. On the day we visited, Nimman One had a live band playing, which felt like it went on until around 1 AM. We could hear it quite clearly in our room. The hotel does provide earplugs, which would help a lot. Normally, I'm quite sensitive to noise and get annoyed and can't sleep if it's loud. But perhaps because I was on vacation and didn't have to work the next day, even with the thumping music outside, I didn't feel bothered. The band was actually quite good. The only minor complaint is that for the room type I booked, the air conditioning seemed to blow directly onto the bed. The next morning, my neck and upper back felt stiff and sore, like I'd caught a chill, although my husband was fine. The bay window is very large, and since we had two young children, each could comfortably sleep on one end. The hotel thoughtfully provided bedding for them. On our last day, we had an early flight at 6 AM and couldn't make it for breakfast, but the hotel prepared a very generous breakfast box for us, which was much appreciated."

"We stayed in a family room, but because the blackout was provided by Venetian blinds, sunlight started pouring in completely at 6 AM. It's truly unacceptable that the hotel hasn't addressed such an obvious issue. Also, after turning off the lights at night, there's still a ring of faint light from the ceiling fixture. If you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, this place is definitely not for you. Another major issue was that the air conditioning on the first night was extremely loud, and the balcony door offered poor sound insulation. We were practically bombarded all night and couldn't sleep. The next morning, the front desk staff (thankfully!) helped us switch to a room with much better AC, but the blind issue was unfortunately unresolvable. The AC unit was from 'Dong Dama' (a brand), so I guess I'll have to avoid that in the future as well. The hotel's location is deep within an alley, in a residential area. It's quiet, but inconvenient for shopping. If you finish the complimentary water, you have to walk quite a distance to find a store. The room didn't have disposable slippers; the front desk charged 20 baht a pair. I read so many reviews when choosing the room, but no one mentioned the critical light leakage problem. So, I'm here to add it."

The overall atmosphere felt modern yet cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is also convenient for getting around the city. A standout feature is the EV charging facility, which is a great bonus for electric vehicle users and shows the hotel’s forward-thinking approach. Overall, it’s a great value stay, and I would happily return."
