"I absolutely love this hotel, it's rare for me to give a full 5-star rating. The hotel's decor and details are incredibly thoughtful, and the room is spotless. The service goes above and beyond, surprising guests in many ways, especially with the complimentary food and drinks. The location is superb, right outside One Nimman, truly offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle."

"Overall, this hotel was okay, but there were a few disappointing aspects. The location is good and convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar is decent and the pool area is nice enough, although I was surprised to find that you’re not allowed to bring your own food or drinks to the rooftop pool or you’ll be fined. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar and restaurant don’t open until 3:00 p.m., which makes this rule even more frustrating. The hotel also didn’t feel particularly clean, and it certainly doesn’t have the feel of a newly opened property. One of my biggest frustrations was trying to get an iron. I asked for one nearly every day during my stay, but the staff were never able to locate one. Finally, be careful if you use the coffee machine. It shakes quite abruptly while dispensing coffee, which caused my cup to fall out and smash. It would be good if the hotel addressed this for future guests. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve."

"Booked the Sere White Double Room, and overall, we had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a mountain view—although the view was only partially visible because of the surrounding buildings 😅 The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast in the morning was also really good, with a nice variety of options. The location is another plus, as it’s conveniently close to the Nimman area. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option if you want to stay near Nimman! Forgot to take pictures of room 🥲"

"The facilities at the Holiday Garden Hotel Resort are absolutely Fabulous. Stunning architecture make for a premium experience during my stay. What’s best is the garden poolside deck. The atmosphere is open and fresh. I enjoy sitting by the pool after having breakfast. It’s elegant. The room is comfortable. It’s very clean which is reassuring, since the staff are caring for their guests. I would recommend this garden resort to international travelers who prefer green spaces and elegant design. The breakfast buffet has fresh fruits and coconut-rice pancakes. It’s all so tasty. There is also the Lush café in the garden. The strawberry soda is my favorite. 😍 🍓 I would stay again. Chiang Mai is a lovely city."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff provide excellent service. The breakfast is superb, and the free activities like yoga and morning alms giving are wonderful ways to start the day. My only minor concern is the parking situation, where you have to park in an open lot about 200 meters away and walk to the hotel. The entrance path also goes through a residential area, and there's an electricity pole almost in the middle of the road that hasn't been moved yet (which could be dangerous at night). However, the staff really try their best to take care of everything."

"The annex room was just okay. We arrived at night, and the hallway was long and hot with no air conditioning. The fridge and kettle in the room were both very dirty, so we didn't dare to use them. The next day, we requested to switch to a room in the main building, which felt much better, although the fridge there still seemed a bit unclean. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, very close to the main street, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven."

"Overall, very good! The soundproofing in the room is excellent; even though it's in an entertainment district, the music doesn't filter in. The bed is soft, and the room is spacious and clean. My only minor gripes are that the bedroom curtains should be thicker to block out more light in the morning, as the sunlight woke me up. Also, the breakfast could offer more variety for the price. I'd give it an 8/10."
