"Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. The restaurant's dining environment was excellent, and there was a wide variety of food options. The room was also very clean and tidy. I will definitely book again next time! 🤗🤗🤗🫡"
"Excellent hotel. I was considering it later, as we were planning a trip to Cappadocia. It was off-season, but the service was excellent. The buffet was decent, with a wide selection of cheeses, hot porridge, hot meats, and so on.
The food was delicious, and it was a pleasant night's sleep."

"The hotel is not bad, the breakfast is less, and the other is quite satisfactory. Next to it is a big supermarket, you can buy wine (although it is a secular Muslim country, it seems not easy to buy wine, the feeling of the individual in Turkey for a week)."
"The location is okay, not the best if you're looking to travel without a car. The room was smaller than what I expected according to the photos. There weren't really any room amenities. We had conditioner instead of soap in the bathroom which was interesting. The TV device connection is only for music apparently. There was a movie section but there weren't any movies. The sound insulation wasn't exactly the best either. Nothing else notable."
"Stayed here for a weekend due to work. Place was very clean, Hotel staff brings takeout food to your door. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean rooms"
"Breakfast is okay, although not varied but it tastes well. Unfortunately had a room in -1 floor. This smells to smoke cigarettes, although it should be a smoke-free room. Air conditioning has not worked well or has not brought fresh air in. Location is very optimal to get into the center quickly."

Amazing
GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was decent. The room was clean and parking was convenient, but the EV charging station was incredibly hard to find. I looked for ages and still couldn't locate it.
HHuangtaojiangThe hotel's location is great, making it convenient to visit various attractions in Ankara. There are also plenty of supermarkets and eateries nearby. The hotel facilities are just average, as it's an older property, and the rooms aren't very spacious. It's worth noting that the hotel only rebranded to Mercure in 2024, so if you search on maps, it might still show the old hotel name.
MM500897****Free coffee and orange juice, available from morning till night, which is great. It's quite clean, and staying on the first floor was fine. I didn't get to eat there because breakfast costs extra. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants nearby.
KKhurram DurraniThe stay at hotel was the worst one for me. The staff, location and other things were all good. But at evening I told them that the room is very hot and I have had headache and now due to excess hot room my blood pressure is also shooting up. But, instead they told me to open the window. Later i told him that the outside road is main road and very noisy and we couldn't rest or sleep. They neither open the AC because they said that they were still in winter mode and they couldn't open the AC or change the room and/or provide a small floor or table portable fan to that we could sleep comfortably. They didn't do anything and we spend a most miserable night without and rest and sleep. And their breakfast was also pretty basic. Nothing extra ordinary or special. Just very basic.
Seriously, please do not recommend this hotel at least in April-May and in months when weather is changing whereas they only update thermostat after severe change in weather outside.
thanks
regards
Khurram
AAzimjjonLocation is super, in the city center. Near to restaurants, cafes, shops and big mosque. Place is comfortable and well planned. Usually the owner himself is in reception. He is very nice and helpful. He provided the towel for free, explained everything and said to call him if need any help. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Totally recommend!
ZZMikhailThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink.
About negatives:
1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not.
2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea)
3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment)
I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.
MMaheenI had a pleasant stay at Çankaya Suit Hotel during my trip to Ankara. The location is peaceful and convenient, with shops and cafes nearby, and it’s easy to reach the rest of the city.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The hotel felt safe and quiet, which was ideal for relaxing after a busy day out.
There was a bit of a language barrier, as some of the staff didn’t speak much English, but they were still polite and tried their best to assist.
Overall, it’s a good value-for-money option in a nice area of Ankara. I’d definitely consider staying again!
GGuest Userthere was nobody to talk in English and the reception actually do nothing because they don't understand English.
there was no internet in the room and also bad connection in the lobby .
