Great
GGuest UserI booked a room with a view of the Sphere, located on the 28th floor of the North Tower. The room was spacious and very clean. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you get an up-close view of the Sphere, which is even more stunning at night. You can also step out of the hotel and stroll along the Vegas Strip. There's no coffee maker in the room, but if you need coffee, you can find it at the coffee shops or restaurants on the first or second floors. There's also a Starbucks in the concourse area of the lobby on the first floor. The first and second floors boast many restaurants. For instance, Noodle Asia on the first floor is a 25-year-old Cantonese Chinese restaurant, serving both breakfast and regular meals. The food is incredibly authentic, and the staff all speak Chinese. The indoor shopping arcade on the second floor is typically Venetian in style, featuring numerous brand-name stores and restaurants. The ceiling is designed to mimic an outdoor sky with blue skies and white clouds, and there are gondolas traversing the winding canals and small bridges, with gondoliers occasionally breaking into Italian opera. The hotel also hosts shows, and you can book tickets in advance.

TTifuThe hotel is quite nice, very luxurious, and the location is excellent. The room is spacious enough, and the view from the window is top-notch. However, there's no complimentary bottled water, and everything comes with an extra charge, making it particularly expensive. Overall, the hotel is acceptable. I hope to stay here again in the future.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room felt quite new, probably renovated in the past few years. Cleanliness: Top-notch. Environment: Located at the northern end of the Strip, it's very quiet, unlike the bustling Bellagio or Caesars Palace. The monorail station is right downstairs, and I didn't see any homeless people around. Service: There was a bit of a queue for both check-in and check-out, but it wasn't too bad.

GGuest UserHonestly, I truly think this hotel is excellent. You can check out other hotels, but I'm just focusing on this one. First off, the room type we booked was quite spacious, with a separate toilet and shower. If you're lucky, you might even get a room with a view of the Sphere. My room number was 209, so try to request rooms on that side, from 201-209. A tip might help secure one, unless it's peak season and they're completely booked. Then there's the dining. There's a 24-hour food court with at least 20 restaurants, offering everything from Chinese and Japanese to French cuisine. As for entertainment, Vegas has countless shows, so do your own research. But this hotel alone has, I'd say, about 10 performances, including David Copperfield, Cirque du Soleil, and the Friends Experience. Also, remember that if you're visiting other MGM properties, there's a free tram that runs from 10 AM to midnight. This hotel doesn't have a direct stop, but it stops at a very close MGM hotel, and you can just walk over the skybridge. Do your own planning for that. Finally, this place is massive, absolutely huge, and I genuinely believe it offers great value for money. MGM Resorts owns around 7 hotels, I think? One membership card works across all of them, offering discounts on shows and parking benefits if you're traveling between their properties. You should double-check the specifics; I don't have a car, so I'm just quoting what I saw on Xiaohongshu. Anyway, I highly recommend my room type. It didn't feel old or worn out at all. Oh, and a warning: don't touch anything in the mini-bar or fridge if you don't intend to consume it. They have electronic sensors that will charge you automatically. (Many restaurants downstairs allow you to charge to your room, and if you're staying at an MGM property, some self-serve kiosks for simple meals let you just input your hotel name, room number, and last name to charge it. Very smart!)

GGuest UserThis is the hotel I choose every time I go to Las Vegas. Although it is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and Fantasy Tower is relatively new. I will stay there again.

GGuest UserI was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around. There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage. Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey casino was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking. We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell. Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping. Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms. We didn’t watch any television but there is one. Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars. The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there. They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it. What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time). There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.

LLohMKThru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel? It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in. The next letter to us was weird!!? It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies. So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat. These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line. Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge. As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super nice. So fancy and well maintained. It suits, with superb sofa living zone. I like the bathroom also, nice equipment. Very nice food in lobby. Nice in every aspects. Just have to note that it is a bit far from the Main Street and will take 50 minutes walk to the convention center of Las Vegas. However, it deserves a good rate. If you have a car then it’s very convenient. Oh, it’s 5 minutes walk to bus stop to take a bus. That’s good enough.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserOrleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.
