"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is excellent, close to downtown and near some great restaurants and local attractions.
Free parking was a big plus, and I really appreciated that there was no extra charge for my service dog. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right.
What stood out the most was the warm and welcoming attitude of the receptionist and staff — they made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!"

"On the positive side, the location is excellent - in a peaceful neighborhood, yet I was in easy walking distance to the Convention Center and lots else, with a centrol location for pretty much wherever you’d like to go, as well as decent parking options. It is also a lovely historic property full of character. On the flip side of being old, it seems that every door sticks when you try to open or close it and it is not friendly for those who need accessibility, with stairs here and there you have to lug your suitcase up. Back on the bright side, the little black cat who hangs out around the place is adorable and sweet and made my day whenever I ran into it."
"I must comment on this particularly good hotel, with a century-old history, exquisite style and beauty, the filming location of ”Gone with the Wind”, the canteen is rich in content and has flowers, the hotel is very good for taking photos, the location is also in the city center, the service is very good. The breakfast cart delivered to the room has a heat preservation function, which is a super 5-star experience."
"After rushing for one night, it is difficult to give a sufficient and reasonable evaluation. The location of the hotel is in the city, there are still a lot of places to eat around, there are not many places to visit. The hotel itself is ok."
"Clean rooms, friendly front desk service. Restaurant and bar are closed but it’s right across the street from the tobacco factory and it’s food and environment are amazing! Great location and safe area to walk the streets too! We will be back for sure!"
"Three people booked a family room for a trip. The room was large enough, but it lacked a large enough table. In addition, the upper bunk bed may not have been designed with central air conditioning in mind. The air outlet is at the head of the bed, which not only blows towards people, but also makes a lot of noise when sleeping at night.
Let me talk about the price again. I really admire this agent. He collected 1,500 yuan a night and then went to ******* to order a room for 150 yuan a night. He really has a business mind."

LLaohuangniuSZThe hotel facilities are average and the location is not bad. At 200 dollars per night, the price/performance ratio is very poor. This time I encountered a boiler failure, no hot water and no breakfast. What I'm quite satisfied with is that the hotel refunded the full amount, which is kind of a courtesy.
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean enough. The service at check in was ok. At night it was very noisy with the person next to us playing loud music banging around and yelling with friends until 3:30. Also, the road was very noisy with cars racing up and down the street. In the morning, the attendant selling breakfast appeared annoyed and didn’t want to engage a minor request for a lemon wedge.
GGuest UserThe service, room and amenities were fantastic. I attended a conference at the Westin only minutes away Much better value and great room! Highly recommend
GGuest UserI wonder if the sheets have been changed? The sheets of both beds are dirty! A hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night is really not worth it. There is not even a bottle of bottled water! The hair dryer is broken again! Very bad, very bad
GGuest UserThe location is very good, the downhill from the hotel is the riverside park, there is a memorial sculpture to abolish slaves and slaves, and the uphill is the Richmond City Hall office area, the street view is beautiful. The hotel room is very spacious.
