"Great room and space! Safe environment, just not a casino family activity available.
Restaurants onsite, food court.
***** **** **** and big screens had current events and a great place to watch the game vs in your room. Comfy chairs and tables set up all through!
Pool are great depending her was on duty you get outside drinks in, no Stanley or metal cups allowed at all."
"Very satisfied, clean and tidy, close to the airport, especially like, service, breakfast, free breakfast in Las Vegas, quite good, very good! Recommended!"
"Great service, very willing to accommodate any request. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Very pleased with the room, thoroughly cleaned (stayed during pandemic). On weeknights a pianist is in the lobby for an hour or so and plays wonderfully. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. "
"The air conditioner was next to the bed and was very noisy all night. The air conditioner suddenly stopped working at night and the whole family was woken up by the heat. Note: This is the first time I give a bad review to a hotel. The breakfast is a normal Western breakfast, which is not bad."
"The whole is very good, the house does not provide water, but you can find the front desk to get it yourself. There is a swimming pool. Don't take the initiative to ask to go in and change the quilt every four days. But will come in every day to take out garbage. Many supermarkets within two kilometers around, you can walk, you can Uber. Breakfast can be buffet, it is recommended to buffet, breakfast type is a bit small, but it is also good."
"Overall is good, although I don't live on the main road, but the price is high here. The deposit is also very fast. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. There are not many breakfasts in the United States hotels with breakfast."
"First of all, I believe everyone can have different experiences. But honestly, from my experience, the hotel was actually not bad. One important tip : if you need to pay a deposit, it’s better to use cash instead of a credit card because it will be much easier for you.
Also, don’t expect too much if you are booking a cheap hotel. The rooms were still okay and comfortable enough. Just note that they don’t provide a hair dryer. The breakfast was decent, but I suggest waking up earlier to get food because I don’t think they restock after around 9:30am (correct me if I’m wrong 😭🙏)."
"The Marriott Spring Hills rooms are almost the same, with basic guarantees, and the breakfast is not bad. The parking fee is 15 dollars a night, and it will be collected when I tell me to check out. When Ctrip booked the room, it said that I would charge a guarantee deposit, and the room fee would be paid at the front desk, and the deposit would be refunded after the order was completed, but after a few hours, Ctrip converted the guarantee into consumption. prepaid. Generally speaking, the front desk of the hotel should swipe me a little more incidental amount as a guarantee, but the front desk didn't swipe it. What I'm curious about is how they plan to charge me for the $15 parking fee."
"It takes 30 minutes to get to the city from this hotel, and the sound of the plane landing is very obvious. The four of us stayed for 2 nights. The double room type is not bad, and it feels very warm."

GGuest UserI booked a room with a view of the Sphere, located on the 28th floor of the North Tower. The room was spacious and very clean.
From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you get an up-close view of the Sphere, which is even more stunning at night. You can also step out of the hotel and stroll along the Vegas Strip.
There's no coffee maker in the room, but if you need coffee, you can find it at the coffee shops or restaurants on the first or second floors. There's also a Starbucks in the concourse area of the lobby on the first floor.
The first and second floors boast many restaurants. For instance, Noodle Asia on the first floor is a 25-year-old Cantonese Chinese restaurant, serving both breakfast and regular meals. The food is incredibly authentic, and the staff all speak Chinese.
The indoor shopping arcade on the second floor is typically Venetian in style, featuring numerous brand-name stores and restaurants. The ceiling is designed to mimic an outdoor sky with blue skies and white clouds, and there are gondolas traversing the winding canals and small bridges, with gondoliers occasionally breaking into Italian opera.
The hotel also hosts shows, and you can book tickets in advance.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room felt quite new, probably renovated in the past few years.
Cleanliness: Top-notch.
Environment: Located at the northern end of the Strip, it's very quiet, unlike the bustling Bellagio or Caesars Palace. The monorail station is right downstairs, and I didn't see any homeless people around.
Service: There was a bit of a queue for both check-in and check-out, but it wasn't too bad.
AAnonymous UserWe were assigned a room with a view of the Sphere, which my kids absolutely loved! It was clean and odor-free, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. A special note: do NOT touch anything in the minibar. It's not about whether you eat it or not, but if you pick something up for over 60 seconds, even if you put it back, you'll be charged. The minibar prices are extremely expensive!
GGuest UserThis is the hotel I choose every time I go to Las Vegas. Although it is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and Fantasy Tower is relatively new. I will stay there again.
GGuest UserThe room extremely clean and spacious. I was happy the shower had superb water pressure. Hotel staff were all cheerful and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Fremont Experience Canopy which is such a fun street to check out! Don’t forget to admire the charming victorian architecture of the hotel and casino and look for the antiques and slab of the Berlin Wall!
LLohMKThru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning.
It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel?
It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in.
The next letter to us was weird!!?
It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies.
So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat.
These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line.
Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge.
As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is fun, with plenty of things to do inside, and it’s very clean. However, check-in and check-out are self-service, with only one staff member assisting everyone. It seems rare for guests to get it right on the first try. Also, we requested for daily housekeeping, but no one ever came.
WWong Sun Yee- check in and check out Q was so long.
- room not provide any bottle water and slipper, probably this is the practice in USA.
- the room are quite run down, my finger got cut by the damages water tap. Called to the front desk to asked for a plaster, but never shown up. Good luck if u got the room in Resort Tower, room 6235.
- staff at Concierge and luggage drop off area are friendly.
- choose Royal Tower if ur trip is gonna to rely on Uber. Bcs there is where the rideshare pick up point.
GGuest UserI stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!
TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
