"I loved staying at The Mosser in the heart of SF! The architecture was beautiful, my room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The soaps were Tarocco brand Sicilian Blood Orange and smelled so good! I purchased some when I got home and when I use them, I think of my trip to SF."

The air conditioning in the room was not working, making it very hot and uncomfortable, especially at night. The gym is also in poor condition — the equipment is outdated and needs renovation. Housekeeping was consistent, but the cleaner came every morning at 9:00 AM, which was not always convenient and sometimes disturbed our rest. On the positive side, the hotel has a bar with surprisingly good food — that was definitely a highlight. The staff were also very friendly, polite, and helpful. Overall, the hotel might be okay if you don’t mind outdated conditions, but for the price, I expected a higher level of comfort."

"The breakfast items were quite fresh, and they had Japanese soup and rice, though more options would have been even better. The room was spacious, came with a bathtub, and offered nice city views! The sauna was good too, but when I went to the pool, another family had already taken over the hot tub. There was also a dog walking area, which was a thoughtful touch. At check-in, I was told there was a $25 credit per night to use at the restaurant, but after using it, I discovered that the tip wasn't included. Even when getting takeout to the room, the restaurant still charged a mandatory tip. It felt a bit like a hidden charge, and if I had to pick something I was unhappy about, that would be it."

"The hotel is located in the Union Square in the city center, and the transportation is very convenient. It is only five minutes walk from the Dangdang bus terminal. There are a lot of buses at Bart station, and the 30th doorway can directly reach the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge. Breakfast can be settled in the opposite starbucks. Sorry for the lack of photos in the room. The modern decoration is basically clean. The only problem is that there is too much homeless in the city center. If it is too late, it is recommended not to go out alone."

"The room's location is super convenient, really close to Union Square and Westfield. While the facilities are a bit older, it's very clean and quiet. Downstairs, they offer free hot water, coffee, cookies, and fruit, which is a nice touch. Definitely good value for money."

We felt the genuine enthusiasm of both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team. Upon checking in, the hotel's architecture and facilities conveyed a sense of long history, and the overall environment was impeccably clean. The hotel thoughtfully provides complimentary luggage storage, which allowed us to leave our bags in their dedicated space after checking out on our last day, giving us a full day to explore worry-free before picking them up in the evening and taking BART to the airport."
