GGuest UserMe and my husband had came in to check in and the two check-in ladies was coming on to my husband in my face they didn't conduct their self very professional I felt degraded and they was very rude I would never go to that hotel again

CColourfish房間大小適中，清潔很好，各方面都體現出方便實用。在奧蘭多離迪斯尼樂園很近，每天早上都有去各個園區的班車，晚上也有定點回來的班車。酒店提供24小時咖啡和熱水，茶包。衹是太晚了通常大堂就沒有熱水了但是可以去早餐區打熱水。早餐不是免費的，15刀一個人，我沒有選早餐，因為沒有時間吃。通常都是進園區後直接吃早午餐。環球園區內的餐廳每一家都很好吃，人均20刀可以吃的不錯，感覺比國內環球影城性價比高。打車到環球影城大概要30刀單程。另外單收停車費10刀和度假區費用10刀一天。總的來説性價比很高，值得推薦！

GGuest UserOverall liked the place but would have appreciated info on bath towels etc.. what to do with wet ones how to get new etc. The elevator was really slow. Any staff we ran into were nice and helpful.. if in area again would probably stay here again 😊👍
