The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. The exact what we needed on our trip. It was so relaxing. The spa was amazing and the treatments and staff were 10/10. The the breakfast was amazing, both continental and Asian. the bar meals and evening meals very tasty too. A small menu though. Staff were 10/10 and very attentive. Could not do enough. The pool looked great, shame the sun didn’t shine until the day we left. The bikes were fun and the golf carts were a great idea for modes of transport. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for an amazing vacation! We came to celebrate my birthday, and it was probably one of the best and most heartwarming trips we've had in a long time. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for the incredible hospitality! We were upgraded absolutely free of charge to a gorgeous two-room villa with its own onsen – it was an unbelievable gift. And a special, heartfelt thank you for the delicious celebratory cake from the staff; it was such a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I especially want to highlight how well-thought-out everything is on the property: Breakfasts – simply 10 out of 10. Everything is very fresh, delicious, and the selection is excellent. Atmosphere. The grounds are compact, but so incredibly well-maintained! The koi pond, the pool, the hot springs – it's a pleasure to stroll and relax here. Bicycles. We rented bikes and cycled through the surrounding area along the rice fields all the way to the sea – the views are incredible, I highly recommend everyone try it! There are two good restaurants and a bar on site, so we didn't even feel the need to go into town the entire time. We simply didn't want to leave the hotel! You gave us wonderful memories. We will definitely come back again and will recommend Kobi Onsen to all our friends!

Good value for money. The location is convenient enough that you are not far away from attractions, restaurants and cafes. There are water dispensers on each floor that you can easily fill up your water bottles during the day. Staff are so friendly and kind, they always great you with smiles. The only thing we found a bit unpleasant is they seem to offer swimming trainings to non-hotel guests during the day every day? Whether we were there early in the morning or late at night, there were kids having swimming trainings with a coach.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hue, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The service was good; at check-in, they confirmed the meeting times for activities I had pre-booked. Although it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, Grab is readily available, so it wasn't an issue. Even taxi drivers seemed to know of this hotel when I tried to flag one down. The room was a bit small, but it had most of what I needed, except for tissues.

Upon check-in, there was hair on the floor in the room. After reporting it, they quickly sent someone to clean it up. Both the hotel's exterior and the room itself are beautiful! What's even better is that the plaza outside the hotel has an amusement park with really affordable prices! It's incredibly useful for those traveling with children!

We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

I booked a family room, which was very spacious, consisting of two connected rooms. The first room had a double bed, and the second had two single beds separated by a partition. It also had two bathrooms and a TV. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, offering choices like beef noodle soup, thick noodle soup, or omelets, along with coffee and fruit.

The hotel is a bit run-down. Overall, it's decent for 1600₽. The towels are pristine white. The bedding, although white, isn't perfect – some pilling here and there, and it's not cotton. There's hot water and a hairdryer. The street closes at night and they ask you to move your bikes. You won't be able to sleep until 10-11 PM because of the loud music on the street and karaoke at the neighboring hotel. They really helped me out in the morning – the lady at reception lent me a helmet for a while 🙏🏻 Thank you!
