"The room smells! Self-service lobby can be late"

"I loved my stay at this hostel! It's so peaceful and tranquil. The hostel itself is very nice with plenty of amenities. 3 course dinner for under £20 in lichenstein is a steal and the free breakfast is so good! A good range of food and drink can't complain, my private room was really nice and spacious with a electric powered outer blind which was cool and my bed was very comfy! The bathroom also was very nice along with a very powerful shower. I loved the eco theme aswell for the entire hostel. I would say however that the plug outlets in the room need improvement or to be made bigger for EU adapters. The usb charger is okay but it is slow. I would also think that having activities in the hostel would literally massively improve the experience by alot! It's missing a social Element and I would feel it would bring out so much more from the hostel. To not be using the field with the goals infront of the hostel to do a fun world cup themed event to me is loosing out on so much potential fun. Please consider thinking about hosting social events at the hostel In the future. All in all it was a fantastic stay and I'm definitely going to be Coming back in the future. "Breakfast was adequate. The rooms are a bit small, especially those on the 3rd floor under the eaves. The dusting isn't done properly; there were dust bunnies stuck to the wall and dust on the kettle. There's mold in the bathroom. The mattresses have clumps of mold all over. We had a blind that couldn't be opened because the three slats were broken. The blinds could use a thorough inspection and repair. The windows could also use a thorough inspection and adjustment, or even replacement. The rooms aren't all the same in terms of TV channels. We had three rooms on the 3rd floor; one room only had the two French TSR channels, while the others had all the French channels. The fourth step on the first staircase is broken, making it very dangerous. All of this doesn't warrant 3 stars."

"The location was further then anticipated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the ads. Though yhe room we had selected was tiny, it was clean and the attached bathroom was big However, the glass panel sitting on top of the side of bathtub isn't fixed, making getting in and out of the tub unsafe, as the glass panel is the only element that one could hold on to in order to step out of the tub. The receptionists weren't too interested in attenting to hotel guests. But, overall experience was elevated due to its design/structure uniqueness; an ex-jail building. It's communal kitchen and lounge space were great space where we'd spent some of our time. There were also a lot of common shower rooms and WCs within the building, which was great as the 4 of us needn't queue for the washroom especially in the early morning."

"It's much better than I thought. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also spacious. I liked the large window. If you take bus number 6 from Chur Station, you will arrive in about 10 minutes. When you get off, the hotel is right there. At the same bus stop when returning to Chur Station. If you take bus number 6, it will make a loop and return to the station. The location is quite good. There is a fairly large shopping mall with a coop right next to the hotel. It's large so it's convenient for shopping or going to restaurants. It was a really satisfactory hotel."

"To be honest, I'm more than disappointed with the hotel. There wasn't even a small bottle of water, no hairdryer, and not even a television. You'd find all of those things in even the smallest accommodations. The towels had strange burnt-on stains. The staff, however, was friendly."
