"Experience was very good. We were able to bring our 2 little dogs and celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were married on the Colorado Bell Paddle Boat sorry to see it’s not there anymore but the Golden Nugget Hotel made our stay worth while "

"We were pleased with our room on the 25th floor! It smelled nice and had a view of the river. Beds were comfortable (bring a blanket if you like to be in a soft cozy cover)
The casino was busy and active with machines paying out. We really enjoyed the river walk to other casinos and restaurants too. We will be returning!"

"It was a nice room, but I was very disappointed with the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush right and you had to hold the handle down and wait, the shower leaked and had bad pressure, and the worst was the tub didn’t drain well so you were standing in soapy rinse water."

"Spent an hour at the front office, the wait time was very long, the room was very ordinary, there was no refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, but the price was really cheap, this was the best stay in the United States this year Cheap room, good value for money, clean and very clean, the room is quite big."

"The hotel is very nice as we have stayed there before. The only complaint I have is we booked a deluxe king East River view room. They put us in a deluxe West view that overlooked the pool. I didn't put up a fuss over it as the pool view was also nice to look at. Otherwise the ****** floor has lots of choices and bar service was efficient. We enjoyed our stay and the pool time every morning. The pool wasn't heated though so feet in the pool was about it."

"This confirmation was for a central tower room. At check-in, we got placed in North Tower... With a nice view of the parking lot. Elevators are old, slow, and can be a wait. But gift shop, restraunts, and the river front location were good."

"The Denny's menu is severely limited to drive business to the over priced steakhouse. The ATM has a $14.95 transaction fee, which startled me. $14.95 on Twenty bucks!!!
Didn't experience the table games or slots, but I did experience the joy of an additional ”Resort Fee” each night when I checked out.
They mentioned it with a deposit for charges to the room and I didn't really catch it. Why not just charge and honest room price?
Which is why I didn't play in the casino. How badly do these people want my money that they take it before I can bet it?"
