"Several details were completely unacceptable. In particular, the room wasn't cleaned during our stay, even though we had placed a sign requesting housekeeping (the excuse given was that the cleaning staff couldn't read...). While we asked for the bare minimum of cleanliness, the staff didn't have the sense to automatically provide us with extra towels and soap, simply saying, "There's nothing we can do for you." Even though the soap isn't supposed to be replenished, according to the reception staff, it would have been a small gesture of goodwill, apparently too expensive for them. This is a shame because it significantly detracts from the experience. More transparency regarding pricing would be beneficial; I understand that several other guests were surprised by the €100 deposit. On the plus side, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was frequently replenished."

"The room is very good and spacious for France. There is a gym and a swimming pool. The restaurant on the ninth floor is highly recommended. Although the French waiters are lazy and slow, the French food tastes good and is not expensive."

"The hotel's location is very close to the airport, it's clean and hygienic, and it has a kitchen, which allowed us to cook Chinese food ourselves. There are many restaurants nearby, so we never got tired of the food! Plus, there's a supermarket where we could buy groceries and cook our own meals, which was super convenient!"
