"I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room's overall design was simple yet upscale, spacious, well-laid-out, and full of thoughtful details. As soon as I entered, it felt very clean and quiet. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and both the pillows and mattress were excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The room's lighting and natural light were both excellent, creating a warm yet glare-free atmosphere that was especially relaxing in the evening. The soundproofing was also good, meaning I wasn't really bothered by outside noise. The hotel's overall style is modern and minimalist, giving off a comfortable and high-quality feel. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays. The staff were also very professional and patient, and any requests were handled promptly. Overall, whether it was the environment, comfort, or service, everything was of a very high standard. I will definitely choose this place again next time. It deserves a five-star recommendation! 👍"

"The experience was beyond my expectations. I had no idea there was such a high-end hotel in Ledong! The lobby was elegant and grand, the room was warm and comfortable, the hot water shower was amazing, with hot water coming out in three seconds, the air conditioning was fast and very cool, and the parking lot was spacious and convenient, with charging stations available. This hotel was really thoughtful and overall excellent!"

"The overall hygiene is pretty good and the room is big enough, consistent with the photos. The glass facing the road is not soundproof. The view outside the hotel window is pretty good. The breakfast is very rich, it is definitely recommended to include breakfast when booking a room."

"Upon checking into the first room, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, the sink had sealant, and the bed and sofa had been sat on and hadn't been cleaned. They changed my room. There was no air conditioner remote, so I had to use the manual one. 😂 The hotel is located on the auxiliary road of the Hainan Ring Road, so transportation is convenient. I'll just make do for one night!"

"The child accidentally vomited on the bed and soiled the bedding. I anxiously called the front desk and the room attendant came quickly. I was worried that it would be too dirty and I didn't want to deal with it. Unexpectedly, not only did she not dislike it, I even let me hold the baby and rest on the sofa while she handled it by herself. I asked how to compensate for the soiled items, and she said don't worry, I will just take care of it and put you on new bedding right away. I was really touched to see such concern when I was out with my children. This hotel is really good, both the service and the environment are great 👍"
