"We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with two 12-year-old girls and used all the services except the zoo. We were extremely satisfied – both rooms were clean, like new, with no visible signs of wear and tear (even in the bathroom), daily cleaning, reasonable temperature, comfortable mattresses. Food: breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection, with up to 7 different dishes for dinner. Only the attractions in FanPark and especially LunaPark could use some renovation – they are showing their age. AquaPark is still the same – you can see that it is being repaired and probably also modified – standard. Only occasionally was the staff not up to standard (with the exception of the reception staff, the Atrium restaurant, and the maids), but you probably won't find anyone better for that wage. Overall impression - a pleasant stay that we enjoyed."

"The quality of the room is disappointing, my bedsheet had blood on it from a previous guest, the door handle was hanging off, the shower had black mould and a broken shower head (see pictures) You understand the importance of service to a hotel when you ask for assistance, especially when this is ignored or you are directed to use broken equipment. All these issues tell of an underlying issue with the respect and care they give guests."

"The hotel unfairly advertises wellness services. It also doesn't live up to the Pytlon name. Apparently, it was no longer possible to book a wellness service, even three days in advance. Overall, you felt like you were being a nuisance if you asked anything. The room was very bad! Dirty, dark floors, partially broken heating (in winter), and indefinably moldy walls. The room smelled very strongly of chimneys. The smoking area was right in front of the room window, so you could rarely air the room. You could hear all the conversations in the neighboring rooms. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast, if you got a seat. Parking is very limited, so in some places you were turned away by the hotel staff. This was not at all what I had imagined a Pytlon Wellness Hotel in Liberec would be like, and I definitely won't recommend it!"

"A short two-day trip with two older children to Liberec and Ještěd. The Pytloun Liberec is a well-maintained little hotel on the outskirts of Liberec. It's difficult to reach by public transport, hence only three points for location. The room was quite small but adequate. The self-check-in portal initially makes the hotel feel a bit impersonal, but you'll encounter the friendly and attentive staff by breakfast. The excellent and plentiful breakfast deserves special mention; the children were particularly delighted with the waffle iron. We highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving by car."
