"I chose Xipan Hotel because I love houses by the river. After dinner, you can take a stroll along the river and enjoy the exotic breeze. It's actually quite lively and noisy, but it gets a bit better at night. The room is spacious enough, and the amenities are complete, with a unique decor style. However, the partition between the washbasin and the room is a wooden lattice window, which, while airy, lacks privacy. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties on the floor provided excellent and friendly service. Parking is a bit inconvenient as there's no underground parking; you have to cross a short road to park on the opposite side, which can be quite hot in summer. But the security guard was very helpful and even assisted with my luggage. Lichuan is so cool and refreshing; Tenglong Cave is definitely worth a visit."

"Location is fantastic, only 1.6km from the Tenglong cave. You can walk there if you wanted. Plenty of food options nearby. Very kind and friendly staff. Room has all the essentials, plus they have a laundry room in the 2nd floor that requires a keycard to enter. We felt very comfortable washing our clothes unattended while we went out for dinner. Only complaint is that there is construction outside which was dusty and some floor tiles outside the hotel were missing. 9/10 Hotel for sure"

"The hotel is just a few kilometers from the highway and next to the road. It has a separate parking lot, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are very good. The double room is spacious and bright. The bathroom and toilet are set up separately without worrying about each other. It is very user-friendly and the hygiene is also quite good. After checking in, the hotel also sent a plate of snacks very considerately. Since the hotel is located in the new district, it is not very convenient to travel to the city center. The hotel's breakfast is a bit simple, but the taste is still good. If you only go to Tenglong Cave for fun, staying in this hotel is a good choice."

"The quality of service at this hotel depends on the front desk staff! I had a good stay 5 days ago, but the staff I checked in again 5 days later were terrible. I pay for service, not your sullen face. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have complained to the front desk lady with glasses who worked the night shift on August 21st! The toilet door wouldn't close, the TV wouldn't turn on, and there was urine on the toilet! I couldn't get through to the front desk, and going downstairs myself couldn't fix the problem either. They wouldn't change rooms, and even refused to give me a bottle of water when I asked for it in such hot weather! The facilities are outdated, and the low occupancy rate is entirely due to tour groups! This level of service is terrible! If you like to open blind boxes, you can try it! I've blocked her and will not stay here again!"
